Same here, ive had blood noses and been coughing blood for the past 2 days with a sore chest and its definately the only cause. I work outside and wear masks and such but its not enough. Thai people are quite literally insane. Every hill around is on fire now, sugar cane burning everywhere and lots of rubbish too. Thailand is a joke really. Its so embarassing to live here now.

It is for hemp people. What a waste of time!! I dont need to make cloths, i wana get ripped!!!!. I got the land, dam it!!

Thailands just not a friendly place. There are so many other far nicer places that are cheaper, more welcoming and best of all appreciative!

He has never lied. Pollution is under control, Road accidents is under control, corruption, etc. 

Best government ever. The world should learn from his examples and maybe we can stop this virus today with a song?

Best thing really to do would be arrest the illegal fire starters but for some dum reason it will never happen.

This government has doomed its citizens with a push for more sugarcane in the future to fill their desire to use more ethanol based fuels which isnt a good investment when electric vehicles are now a thing which has sadly been taxed ridiculously probably for the same reason.

Dont let me get started on the unhelthy push for more and more sugar....

Last Night an agricultural reasearch establishment burnt about 50rai+ of sugarcane. This is a Government funded facility and god knows why they need to farm like this anyway as its really a school for which there is actually an Agricultural school right next door actually. Because of this pm2.5 was back up to 198 this morning. Even the dam officials are burning the stuff. You wpuld think a reasearch place for agricultural with all the fancy equiptment knows that burning regularly destroys the soil and does nothing for surrounding wildlife and the people. There is no hope!!

Omg do i need to stand up and take control or something? I dont know the first thing about running a country and would never want to becaus ei would be inpeached in a heart beat but dam i would do a better job than anyone here.

Rule number 1 dont let people unecessarly put themselves at risk which then would be there families also as a result.

Free entry and die! Real smart! People please dont listen to these idiots. Get some masks, stock up and wait it out if your in a risk area.

This is what people need to hear. It shows you care when you tell people to do the right thing to protect themselves.

So we and most other people almost had a clean day because if chinese new year. Burners had a day off i guess but there was a hell of a lot of people on the roads so i guess that proves whata the main cause doesnt it!! Next day came with 200+pm2.5. All the hills are alight again and behind our house massive fires were purposely lit and we had to get the fire truck out 2 times because they refused to put fires out like the year before where i had to do it myself. They let it burn for 7hours until we reported them to the pm2.5 line complaints thing for our local area.

And whats worse is this was sugar cane on illegal land, burning bamboo to encourage new growth and also for mushrooms for which burning has absolutely no effect. Its a myth! There is one species of mushroom that will sprout with heat but it aint in Thailand!! Clearing of weeds with fire depletes nutrients over time becausae the old leaves and weeds and such break down and thats what makes soil good. Within 3years we are surrounded by salty clay basically. Its unbelieveable how dum and ignorant the officials and people are to allow such devistation so some stupid drug addict can make a couple thousand baht selling mushrooms that the idiot could grow at home year round which is basically free to do and stupid easy. Really backwards country!

chinese are coming and going over borders also. just did a border run yesterday and saw chinese people when i never have before at phunamron, dont know if its significant or if they are just border running but a thought crossed my mind and that is that these new fingerprint machines dont get cleaned after every passenger so this stupid system could have infected much more than should have been? 

This is real worrying Thailand. Really seems Thailand is the least prepared as usual. Their excuse is probably "we dont have a budget"....

Thats great but still like right now my wife has had to dob in people lighting fires in public land and farming yet again and the people organizing this is the mayor, orbator secretary, and old mayors assistant. Seems they make there own projects to steal money!! Seems this pact thing doesnt really help the shear greed these people have.

Knew it and this people is why we cant breath. Great job Thailand!!

Forget tourism then and forget cheap electric cars. This place is completely backwards.

That wasnt a very Thai thing to suggest at all.

I do everything myself and even built my own house which wasnt the plan but because the idiots stuffed the foundations i bought an excavator, destroyed it and started again and did it myself and did the lot because quite frankly everyone is out to get rich for doing things idiots can do.

Got my own machines like cnc, lathes, etc... Learnt years ago if you wana do things right, do it yourself but if your an idiot pay an idiot to do it????

Infact i learnt more about how to do diy everything since living in Thailand. I was a signwriter with basic skills a long time ago but now basically a qualified, mechanic, machinist, welder, builder, electritian, etc..

I have no life though????
