Technical Private beaches don’t exist in Phuket or Thailand, and that’s by law. However, people often call some of Phuket most amazing beaches ‘private beaches’ because they can’t enter. So if none of those beaches is private, how is that possible? Simple: if you own the land surrounding that beach, you can deny its access. https://www.phuket101.net/private-beaches-phuket/ However if you were to paraglide or access the beach by boat and your able to leave the beach again the owners can't stop you

As a renter its unlikely he would have seen the land deeds if the doctor and her friend were sitting on the top step and the video shows clearly they weren't there is a case for trespass steps 2 to 4 encroaching on public land so would imagine any trespass court case would have been thrown out based on them sitting on public land

According to the doctor, she offered three options to the foreigner and his wife: apologise mutually and end the matter, separate without an apology, or proceed with legal proceedings. The foreigner rejected the agreement and ordered the doctor to apologise to him. He insisted that he would never apologise for the assault and would file a complaint to the police to ensure the doctor went to jail.

I would have thought if he accidently tripped and his foot hit the doctor's back that the audio would have him apologizing to the doctor for being clumsy instead the audio states Get the F**K Off here https://thethaiger.com/news/national/beach-blunder-swiss-man-and-wife-regret-assaulting-thai-doctor-in-phuket-video

Suggest you read this article before posting Two police officers arrived 15 minutes later, stating that both parties violated the law. The doctor trespassed on the foreigner’s property and he physically assaulted her. The officers urged the doctor not to file a complaint and asked her to resolve the issue on the spot. Police said the penalty for the trespassing charge was a lot harsher. It can result in four years in jail while the foreign man could pay compensation to end the physical assault charge. Agreed some of the photos on this thread are clearly danger to pedestrians walking on the pavements Highway Code has recently been updated Rule 239 When using an electric vehicle charge point, you should park close to the charge point and avoid creating a trip hazard for pedestrians from trailing cables. Display a warning sign if you can. After using the charge point, you should return charging cables and connectors neatly to minimise the danger to pedestrians and avoid creating an obstacle for other road users. Laws CUR regs 98, 105, 107 & 110, RVLR reg 27 & RTA 1988 sect 42 https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-highway-code/waiting-and-parking-238-to-252 If anyone was to injured themselves due to charging cables trailing across the pavements it would be an open and shut case for claiming damages -

I don't think the UK does allow EV charging cables to be lying on the ground. I am sure if these pictures were sent to the local council the owners would receive a penalty notice Here the article that the pictures came from EXCLUSIVE: Blind charity slams electric car owners who dangle charging cables across the pavement and force pedestrians to dice with death by walking in the road Unsafe charging cables were pictured in Wandsworth and Islington Leading charities have slammed the infrastructure as 'ludicrous' and 'unsafe' https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/cars/article-12090071/Fury-selfish-electric-car-owners-dangling-charging-cables-pavement.html -
