Let me see if I can understand the logic here. It was ok in Dec 2021 to have fireworks and music festivals every weekend drawing in tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, where everyone was packed on the beach, in bars, and other places elbow to elbow, promoting the spread of covid. Proof shown as the numbers climbed higher than ever in Thailand. Even allowed and had New Year celebrations every where. But The Thais cant have their holiday? Wheres the logic? Ok, tourist cities can have their parties and festivals, if they get sick, they get sick, but we will get their money, and it will be only they that get sick, not local nationals.... wait a min that did cause a rise and spread of COVID. Sorry local nationals you cant have your party.

Why not just do what normal people do? Just go on line to a site like AAA and fill out the information, pay equivalent of 500thb and get an international driver permit sent to you without hassel?

There is no way its remained strong prior to Covid and through Covid when other global currencies have not done well. It's said that the local GDP doesnt imports, which we now see with Russian Sanctions, is not the case, as imports have slowed. We also know that global shipping has suffered due to Covid, and its affected ports loading and off loading, and yet tge THB remained stable while other currincies didn't. The proof is in the watch list and global reports. But apparently its catching up to them now, as the rating is being downgraded, and the the supply chain is being affected by sanctions on other countries.

I also see the counterfeit Chinese goods that they buy in bulk only to have to replace soon after purchase, and I see the fruits and vegetables coming from China that they pay so little for, and graft to one another. Tourist areas, you over pay and are willfully and accordingly extorted. Its just one big graft and scam. They know that there is no real power or circumstances that hold them accountable even the IMF can only scold them.

They are in force outside, inside by entrance and on the second floor, waiting for locals, and out of towners that failed to secure an appointment so they can charge you high prices to translate, and to exploit and sale you their queue at a high price and then the queue they sold you can only be used by them so you will have to pay them a high fee to walk it through. Just go to MFA website select the queue and get your own appointment. Its 400 thb to translate two pages dont let them charge you 400 each.

Heck yeah, you need to make an appointment. You need to go to MFA website there you will see only once a small qr code. You must open this and make an appointment. The building will be empty and no one in line, but they will not see you without appointment confirmation. And believe me when I tell you that all the so called agents that translate your documents have already applied and filled the slots three weeks out, which they will hold for ransom. So what could normally be a one day process and cost less than 1k thb will be used as leverage and you will be exploited if you do not book today and try to get a same day appointment as your Embassy. But when I went the translation mafia had them booked and filled three weeks out.

It wouldn't be because of the plants being offered. As they arent Stativa or Indica female plants with buds that are being allowed. Only male plants with little to no good stuff in them.

Perhaps if they taught them consequences, manners, and real dicipline when they were young then they wouldn't have issues when they are older. I mean dont most go off to work, mothers to support the children and their mother, as most men just disappear and have nothing to do with female after child is born, is left to raise them.
