I know I should simply ignore the ignorant posters, but it is annoying when you don't know who it is that is Confused or Sad, and more importantly, WHY. This is what makes A Now a PITA.

    Cannot understand how white sugar can be bad for you as it is brown sugar with stuff taken out. Same as white and wholemeal bread.
