Wonder why these many people who need monthly statements do not simply download and print from desktop. Laptop or mobile app. I need a 12 month one to take to Immigration on 15th November. So down to the Branch I must go, wait a week, then go again. PITA.

Yes I discovered my silly mistake..........didn't change the year to 2022 for December. Applied for a 12 month statement shortly after 9am this morning using the phone app. Nowt come through yet at 10am.

Yeterday I bought a ticket ending in 51, for Bht 100 of course, and got an excited call from GF saying that the last two digits on the BIG prize were 5 & 1. We had won. Even she does not know how this ridiculous lottery works, when the big 6 digit ticket wins Bht 6M, then another 100 tickets are drawn for 2nd prize, THEN another 100 for 3rd prize and so on. If I had put Bht 100 on the illegal lottery with no 51, I would be Bht 4000 better off. I know for next time, but do not know which number to choose.

You must have a different Website to me. Nowhere does it say Select Account, all 4 of my accounts show, but nothing to say Order Statement. It would make life so much easier if I could. Ah, on the mobile App, under 'more services' there is the Order statement facility. Select the account and click DONE at top right. And now I do humbly apologise to you and brian. On the website under services, transaction services, order statements is there. Shall try it now. And you are correct, none of my Accounts shows when I click to show. Done it on the App successfully.
