  1. it's easy they will do f all for you, only a bunch if over paid civil servants having a jolly. their a bloody joke
  2. maybe not but for certain benifits they ask for your passport. so yes they can easily check. had this a few years ago on return to the uk, also some hospitals are asking for your passport. Even getting a job requires your new employer to see passport/ birth cert again found this out a few years ago. uk is not so much the easy pushover as peps beleive. unless your an asylum seeker
  3. depends on how skint the RTP are near you.

  8. as normaly in thailand it's always the foreigners fault. due to the small brains and out right xenophobia of 99.9% Thais. which by the sound of it you are 1
  9. most don't have q driving licence anyway so insurance null and void
  10. lost already. most peps who plan on going away for Xmas have booked there hols already. I know if quite a few peps who would have come to thailand have booked places like Mexico ect. if these peps like these places bet they go there again next year. double wamy for Los
  11. If you purchase a visa then you are already paying to enter. So entering on a non o marriage or non b visa are you counted as a tourist . Oh silly me farang pay simple as that.
  12. This is true, even by the police in thailand. As a uk passport holder only a uk official can take my passport. As I was told years ago by a uk embassy official in thailand the onus is on you not to give it to them ie even to look at. Keep it in your hand and show them, if they snatch it out if your hand yes its illegal. But your in thailand so good luck on proving it. Hence always good to have a thai goverment form of id e.g thai driving licence , it proves who you are and has your passport no on it and the new 1s have your registered address
  13. And people are wondering why the uk won't accept the vaccinations from thailand to enter. Come on ex-pats who want to return home. Can you blame the uk you should all know thailand cant organize a pre up in a brewery
  14. I would say that is spot on . The uk has most prop realised that nothing from thailand can be trusted
  15. They accept the the road death figs which have been on the up for years ,so why would they give a flying f$$k about covid
  16. Forget it anyone relying on tourist $ you are f::£÷d . Get out now if you can ie expat . If thai then som nom nar for being greedy and riping of the tourists for 2 long
  17. The puppeteers adding some more strings to the muppets lol
  18. After thailand being added to the uk red list and surely most other euro countries to do the same bye bye to tourist arrivals. Only returning ex-pats and people returning to families like myself will come. Id rather qurantine (locked up) in a hotel in bkk for 15 days rather than pay the silly sandbox money and risk getting covid from a local
