It really is not that difficult to do it yourself.

No need for ripoff agents.

One thing to be aware of wherever you go is noise levels.

Check it out thoroughly before setting down permanently.

It might be quiet on the day you move in but anyone can open a karaoke bar, steel workshop, motorbike service etc. next door.

Not a lot you can do about it as the locals will do nothing to help you.

Every entry up to that date will give 12 months stay.

There is not one.

It means they loan you the money at a high rate and interest to put in the bank to apply for a dodgy extension at Immigration.

It makes no difference what you put.

No. They have to be married.

You cannot get a Visa at CW.

You can get 12 month extensions of stay for marriage or retirement.

Calendar years.

As said, 45 days at most and 30 days at others.
