Car dealerships always pull not rotate crap. Honda never rotated mine at 40k, I went bonkers at them, they trying to get me to buy tyres, still 20k to the legal depth marks. That was last time they serviced my car. My tyre people rotate and rebalance front when ever I want 100bht. Think 12 years old tyres I would change if doing highway speeds. Around the village or local max 80 kms I wouldn't worry. A blowout would only be a problem for a rookie driver I currently have Firestone fitted for first time replacing Bridgestones.
