There is people who go around airbnb's claiming full refunds and get away with it, after their stay I might add, one of the easiest ways I have seen is for the guest to claim there is hidden cameras inside the property not only does the guest get a full refund the host gets suspended or account shut down,

When he says he has not been able to book on airbnb because of the bad review, Airbnb will have record of that how many times he has been refused, If you could get access to that information or tell that guest to show proof as it would be in his inbox marked as "Booking Declined" pressure him to proved that info and it should say the reasons it was declined,

Rumblings in my area from locals are not good, there is a lot of Russians here, Im now starting hear Thai's complaining one of the things they are doing is renting villas and then sub letting or part letting, I know of one case now and the owner is not happy, he let his 2 bedroom pool villa, there is now 12 Russians living there and they are partying every night people turning up all night long, loud music, now the neighbours are complaining, He tells me he has called the agent and they are not interested which is normal down here, the owner obviously is not wanting to confront 12 drunk Russians.
