Not an unnecessary comma at all. The comma was unnecessary because there is nor reason for a pause where you used it, nor was there a clause that needed separating. If you think that the comma was necessary, please explain it's use within your sentence. I cannot lose the habit Then don't get pedantic and question a mere spelling mistake when you can't use the English language correctly yourself. Even in your explanation your grammar sucks. You use a full stop after 'well to explain', when a comma would have been correct. You really are in no position to question my English, when you do not know how to structure a sentence.

The model that I bought is the 3lb version but I have only used the 2.5lb mix at the moment. I liked the taste of the bread that it was making but I found that it was too dense, The wholewheat recipe was a little too heavy and the basic recipe was to light (in taste). So, I tweaked the recipe and changed how I made it. I felt that the programmed time that the bread was allowed to rise was not long enough, so I now make the bread in 2 stages. After I have loaded all of the ingredients, I run program 10 (Dough) which takes 1 hour 40 minutes and then immediately turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. At this stage I can then remove the paddles, which prevents tearing the bread when trying to remove them after the bread is cooked. I shape the dough (very gently) into the shape of the pan and then drop it back into the pan. I then leave it to prove for about 1.5 hours and then use the ‘Bake function – Program 15 (1 hour). You could set this up on program 15 (Homemade) but you would then have to remove the paddles afteer cooking. The process I use is time consuming but I can make the bread over the weekend and freeze it until needed. My tweaked recipe (in order) is as such: 430ml water 3 tbsp oil 3 cups of bread flour 2 cups of wholewheat flour 4 tbsp dried milk powder ** 1 tsp yeast 2 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar ** the milk powder that I use is Dairy Rich brand - https://shopee.co.th/แดรี่ริช-(ถุงสีชมพู)-นมผงพร่องมันเนย-1กิโลกรัม-Dairy-rich-partly-skimmed-milk-powder-1Kg.-i.82744696.29660101035 The above method works very well for me and gives me great bread.
