if it’s anything like wearing helmets or having dozens in the back of a open pick-up trucks then this is hilarious ???? 

The other day at the RTP training center in ChoHo Thailand dozens !!! Of police leaving the compound with no helmets being worn at ALL !! 
RTP Set the example before you start looking to enforce laws and rules !

Regardless who you are if RTP is having a bad day they will fine you and if your certainly a Farang be prepared to pay almost every time !!

However I can’t count how many times I see people with no helmets on motorcycles and hordes of people in the back of pick-up trucks , ALL VIOLATIONS OF LAW AND RTP ENFORCEMENT, But watch RTP in vehicles and motorcycles drive right by violators and rarely enforce these laws.

No difference with alcohol in Thailand # in road fatalities in the world !! Enforcement in Thailand is needed , I’ve seen alcohol neglect that’s killed people in Thailand they give the family money and walk away scott free !! In America ???????? We call that vehicular homicide jail and civil lawsuits for a offender.

Just like alcohol you have laws , They have set rules and laws by age limit you must be over 20 years old , None shall be consumed or used if you are in school , University ect… 

Many places in the world have made mariajuna legal for medical or personal consumption.

Seems to me Thailand ???????? You have more problems with alcohol and unsafe road safety and lack of enforcement of it then coming out with these crazy assumptions !!

Thailand roads are very dangerous, This is why there rated #2 In the world ???? For high road fatalities !! And little consequences and lack of Law Enforcement !! 
My Thai wife’s Aunt was killed by a driver clearly speeding not to mention being in a school zone speeding.

The driver says there sorry’s and gives the family some money and walks away Scott FREE !!

Im American ???????? Retired in Thailand, In America ???????? That’s considered

Vehicular Homicide and in a school zone on top of it you’d definitely be doing jail time and paying fines and Civil Lawsuit filed against you by the family.
