Better idea….Find an existing built foreign-freehold condo for a reasonable price along the coast between Kamala-Kata and just hire a rental agency to manage rentals for you.

They are all repeating the same old Kremlin talking points, trapped in their cocoon of Russian propaganda and lies, and at the same time accusing others of spreading fake news. This kind of shilling is just pathetic and so transparant.
So by your logic, Thailand and most of the rest of the countries in the world are “russian fanboys”?
Calling people you may disagree with a “russian fanboy” wont help end the war in Ukraine or stop Russia from taking whatever Ukranian territory they deem necessary to take.
Only a fair/balanced/neutral approach to finding the truth will help end the war.
There are evil forces out there who want people to believe that 2+2=5. They have been successful in doing that countless times throughout history.
Lets keep the quest for truth our priority regardless of preconceptions.

I read this and wonder where your information comes from Fox News and the alternative/social media come to mind.
Conspiracy theories by the bucket load with little evidence to back it up.
Still if it keeps you happy, it certainly makes me laugh.
War is not a laughing matter. Please have some respect for those suffering.
There are many sources of neutral information on the conflict. Do some independent research if you really want to know the truth.

The problem is, that even if I were to google it, most of these evaluations took place before the Ukraine war. Now that the world has seen how the Russian soldiers and Russian materiel actually perform, the unanimous verdict, apart from a few besotted Russophiles, is that Russian military capability is greatly overrated.
Almost all neutral observers recognize that Russia is slowly and methodically taking territory and doing its best to avoid civilian casualties along the way.
The slow part saves civilians and unnecessary russian troop casualties.
biden/nato propagandist media will always do their best to downplay russian success.

Since when has Russia bought artillery shells from North Korea before?
Nobody even knows if the recent report of Russia buying shells from Korea is true, or just another false biden/nato propaganda report.
however, it would indeed be completely normal to trade arms among friends.

But you said they had plenty in reserve, not only plenty but also more sophisticated, ok got it
Normal for armies to manage inventory buy/sell. They have been trading weapons for decades.
Most observers don’t consider artillery shells as very “sophisticated”.

This is of course Russian propaganda. Not even the Russians claim that their weaponry is superior to what the Ukrainians are getting from the West. In fact all this is just opposite to the facts. Tell us, what would be your criteris for conceding that the Russians are in retreat and losing control of territory?
If you google it, you can see objective comparison/analysis of equipment.
Russian has ample equipment and it is equal or superior in all cases. Thats a fact.

Is that why Russia had to go cap in hand to North Korea to buy its shells for their artillery recently?
It is entirely normal for friendly countries to buy and sell weapons from each other.

They lost lots of men and material in the early day of the war when they were advancing on Kiev and just decided not to go farther because that was part of their plan?
Again, you are following Biden/NATO propaganda as if its true.
Try to be neutral and take an objective view.
Drinking the coolaid ain’t gonna save all those people in Ukraine.

Back and forth? 2 major military locations have just been taken from the Russians. Eyewitness reports said Russian troops fled. Their supply lines are gravely imperiled. I'm sure from a Russian point of view it has always made sense to take Odesa. So what's been standing in their way? What stood in their way that kept them from taking Kiev?
There is allot of fake propaganda “reports” out there on a daily basis. Who knows, perhaps the Ukrainians won a battle, or didn’t.
Focus on the territorial map and how it has changed month to month. Thats how you will know who is winning the war.
Russia could have easily destroyed ALL the vital infrastructure of Ukraine in one or two days after the start of the war using airpower and missiles, but they didn’t. They obviously have a strategic plan for the conflict.
Russia will let us all know when they are done taking territory.

You mean Russia hasn't wanted to take Odesa? Just like it didn't want to take Kiev?
And are you claiming that Ukrainian troops haven't captured Kupiansk and Izyum?
As expected, there is some back and forth in areas, but the overall map of Ukraine is getting smaller as Russia continues to take territory.
There is allot of speculation that Russia wants Odessa. Would probably make sense for them to take it…unless Ukraine gets back to the negotiating table soon.

Being forced to supply 20,000 stranded Russians with helicopters? Having Russian holidaymakers evacuating Crimea? Is it part of Putin's master plan to lose an embarrassing number of flag officers, and ask North Korea for 100,000 troops?
I've seen some absolute drivel posted on this thread, yours takes first prize.
You are living in a USA/NATO propaganda fantasy land of denial/delusion if you somehow think the Russians are not winning this conflict and systematically destroying what remains of the Ukraine forces.
You may not like the fact that Russia is winning, but you don’t need to pretend that Ukraine is winning.
No amount of USA/NATO propoganda or weapons will help Ukraine when Russia has taken odessa and made Ukraine a landlocked country. The only question is when does Russia want to take Odessa ?- 2

"Ukraine suffered huge losses and hasn't gained any significant territory, if any at all."
Really?
Kharkiv offensive: Ukraine enters key town as counter-attack gathers pace
Ukrainian forces have entered the key eastern town of Kupiansk, as their rapid counter-attack makes further gains, officials say.
Kupiansk is a vital supply hub for Russian forces in eastern Ukraine and fell a week after February's invasion.
Ukrainian special forces posted photos to social media which they said showed their officers in the town.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-62860774
It looks like Ukraine suckered Russia into believing that their main effort was going to be Kherson. This eastern attack is actually far more perilous for the russians since it can cut their supply liines much further back.
Some small towns changing hands is normal during a war.
just keep you eye on the big picture of how Russia is slowly and methodically creeping across the map of Ukraine, annexing new territory month by month.
Overall, its all going to plan for the Russians.

'But two things happened, after which a member of the Ukrainian delegation, Mykhailo Podoliak, had to openly admit that it was "not the time" for the meeting of the presidents.
The first thing was the revelation of the atrocities, rapes, murders, massacres, looting, indiscriminate bombings and hundreds and thousands of other war crimes committed by Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories…
The second "obstacle" to agreements with the Russians arrived in Kyiv on 9 April."'
https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2022/05/5/7344206/
The second obstacle was Boris Johnson. But, according to the reporting, Johnson didn't order Zelensky to continue or make threats. How could the west actually stop Ukraine from agreeing to halt hostilities? Johnson just pointed out that the West no longer believed that Russia was nearly as strong as was originally feared. That Russia could be beaten. I think events have borne out the truth of that judgement.
ANd please I am not interested in youtube channels. It's been my experience that those who make a habit of recommending videos instead of the written word do so because videos are a lot harder to fact check.
Its good that you now know the peace deal was scuttled. Keep reading more sources and you get a clearer picture of how biden/nato pressure on Zelensky has unnecessarily cost allot of lives and treasure..
if you want knowledge, you need to keep an open mind and listen to many sources of information about the conflict. Neutral sources are usually the best bet for truth.
Refusing to hear accurate neutral/unbiased information is not going to help if you are truly on a quest for the truth. Nobody can help you if you refuse to even listen.

Feel free to watch them them in their sulking as they watch their Russian fighters leaving through corridors created by Ukraine....lol
Watch this roundup of clips, featuring panicked Kremlin propagandists on several state TV programs, discussing impressive gains by Ukraine's Armed Forces in reclaiming control over Ukrainian territory.
Also confirmed in many other reports
It is clear to any neutral observer that Ukrainian kamikaze-style attacks on some small towns were a huge failure for Ukraine militarily.
Ukraine suffered huge losses and hasn't gained any significant territory, if any at all.The timing of the fruitless attacks was also inline with ukraine being given more billions of USA taxpayer money.
The biden/nato controlled propaganda media has quietly stepped back their coverage of the “offensive” as the truth about its failure became obvious.

Can you share with us a link to what this proposed deal entailed? Did it include Russian withdrawal from the internationaly recognized territory belonging to Ukraine?
As for the Ukrainians losing the war...have you been followiing the news lately? Not even the extremely pro-Russian military bloggers believe that. Quite the contrary actually?
Just google something like “Ukraine peace deal stopped by Boris Johnson.”. There are plenty of articles about it, but unfortunately you probably wont see the Biden/NATO controlled propaganda media outlets talk about it.
I suggest you also consider subscribing to the “The New Atlas” on youtube for for some real honest/unbiased/neutral analysis of the conflict. There are other honest/unbiased/neutral outlets as well, but The New Atlas is one of the best sources providing regular updates.

There was a peace deal back in May, but Boris Johnson(on behalf of Biden/Nato)told Zelensky to scuttle it in exchange for lots more money and more arms.
Ukrainian's are losing the war, with no hope of ever regaining lost territory.
Ukraine will likely lose Odessa and the entire black sea coast soon, becoming landlocked, unless Ukraine negotiates a settlement before then.
As such, more and more Ukranians will be eager to cut their losses now and negotiate a settlement, if Biden/NATO permit them to do so this time around.

Thailnd is likely on the right side of history on this one.
Like it or not, most countries and most people of the world are either nuetral or on russias side in the ukraine conflict.
anyone who does the most basic of independent background research on the conflict would also likely agree that Russia was undeniably forced into this sad conflict.
hopefully biden and nato will allow Ukraine to negotiate peace sooner, rather than later. It’s doubtful that zelensky will be around at that time to do any negotiations.

Young hot chicks with YOUNG UGLY rich guys. See it all the time in the west.
Its almost always all about the benjamins.
Funny how relative financial success makes a man look much more hansum than he is, in all cultures all over the world.
Very few young hot women want a LT relationship with any man(regardless of the mans age) who has significantly less earnings potential than they do.
Now it’s even a trend for many young less-attractive girls to call themselves “lesbians” rather than have to settle for a LT relationship with low-income/“loser” guy.
