RIP. What is "sliced cannabis?"

Hello "monspencer"
My comment does not need rewording. Nowhere in there does it state that Thailand is a 1st world or developed country. If that is what you have understood, then I'm afraid your brain needs rewiring. Regards;

Extortion is illegal too. Amazing what people will say and do to save face. And if they were that bad, why isn't anyone doing a finger point in the picture? That just shows, e-cigarettes aren't that bad!

Surely this must be about that young Muslim ISIS prostitute, terrorist and traitor Shamima Begum? I will not speculate any further.

I believe the Similan Islands have certain / stricter regulations (number of boats, anchors etc.). Why haven't they ever regulated this?

Sharks returned to the bay? So does this mean that when they do eventually open it up again to tourists, we will get to see a tourist's leg bitten off by a shark like in the movie?

10,000 Baht per head seems to be the magic number on that side of the island. How about a solution to put a law into place like other 1st world and developed countries have that if three or more people commit a crime together, in this instance it would be extortion, they get charged and sentenced as an organised crime syndicate. 1st world countries also have a system where they now psychologically test and partner up cops with one another in which one would tell on the other if one would commit a crime / take a bribe. Accusation? I don't think so. Cover up? Definitely.

That's great news. Bad guy out in a box. And he is not going to cost the tax payer money in his home country.

Oh, well that explains why I couldn't go onto Pornhub.

I can't wait when that 76% leaves. More for me at Nana, Soi Cowboy and Patpong.

Would I be correct to say that medical cannabis is now legal in Thailand? So much news about it one can never be 100% certain. If it is, we going to see many stories like this in the near future. The government and the big players are cutting in on the action. Well, taking the biggest cut. I hope that ordinary people / farmers get the privilege to also make money out of this.
That said, the farang gets 10 to 20 years, and the Thai 500 Baht fine and a wai, maybe a finger point for humiliation for them and entertainment for us.

Could we be more specific on the origin of this farang?

Trudeau is a wet blanket and a moron. I've watched a clip of him correcting a person in the audience because they used the word "mankind" while asking a question, and he said the correct word was "peoplekind". That is pretty much the first and only time I've seen / heard of him.

I'd rather fly over the ocean than fly over or via Pakistan.

I would also like to add that the lady in the middle with the yellow shirt is doing an excellent finger point, posture and facial expression to go with it. The man and the other lady not so much. It doesn't look like everyone was ready when the picture was taken, even the cops. I blame that on the photographer though.

Is this alcohol related or a case of yaba-daba-doo? Opening this article has made my day when I saw the finger points. I have not seen some good ones for a while. That said, I am a strong believer that finger pointing should only be done by the perpetrators as a means of humiliation, not by the victims.

Just yesterday there was an article where the media was warned to beware of revealing graphic details of charcoal suicides. As sad as this is (I personally believe that no government / institution should tell anyone what to do with their life, and everyone is entitled to call it a day), I only wish that people were more clued up that there are other less gruesome methods like burning some charcoal. The witnesses, police, aftermath services and everyone involved either directly or indirectly would have slightly less to deal with. That said, unfortunately when somebody does chose the more violent suicide route, it's probably a last minute split second decision (nobody will ever know what goes through their minds at that particular moment), the burning of charcoal needs a little bit more planning. Before anyone loses their marbles about my comment and gets the urge to bash it, read it through a few times until you understand the context. I hope he was at peace with himself when he made that decision. RIP.

Is she trying to gain popularity by some kind of David Cameron method? Didn't he admit to using pot or whatever to gain some sort of popularity amongst the younger generation by trying to show he is hip / ordinary. Only to prove later that he is a chicken. Well, lady. Weed is already legal in a lot of states in the US, medical in most (33), and recreational (10). Nobody really cares anymore, and I doubt she will get much popularity over this. The ship has sailed. Just before recreational weed became legal in California, my friend, his wife and I along with two cops smoked a joint on the beach in LA. They didn't care, only wanted to know what we were doing, obviously they already did and wanted to get a hit. I'm just really surprised that so called 1st world countries like UK and others in EU don't make it legal. The Netherlands has no problems, and you could smoke there since the 70s. If you are 18 and can make a decision to buy booze, you should be old enough to decide whether or not you can buy some pot and kill a pizza. It amazes me to what these politicians will say to gain popularity.

Wow! It takes an expert to make that statement and took them so long to figure that one out? I have only one rule. Never admit it to ANYONE outside YOUR circles unless it's 100% legal for recreational use.
Lastly, does this amnesty apply for farangs who are here legally and on their best behaviour? Or is this amnesty just for Thais?
I would like to welcome any information from anyone who has any inside information. Thank you.

The lovely elderly lady downstairs at my local Family Mart by my condo whom I believe is the owner always gives me booze. Rain or shine, she gives me booze. She even prepares it in brown paper bags for me when it's raining. ????
