Almer replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
What was the Abba song, money money money. -
Business owners are asked to make sure there staff are fully vaccinated, so how does my wife get her 6 Issan girls vaccinated so they can return to work in BKK, it is about time these idiots grow up before total despair sets in, do the gov really expect businesses to stay closed if there staff aren't vaccinated, bliddy morons.

Talking about halfway house now they decide to ease lockdown but employers have to ensure staff are vaccinated, many staff in BKK come from Issan and many of these staff are young mums working to send money home so in the age range 25-40 as an example, where would these workers of got vaccinated, same goes for people out for food evenings mostly younger people. -
I was at Udon Thani on the 25th for the first Pfiser and whilst waiting for the 30 minute i received a confirmation of a Pfiser in Kk on Sept 5 from the Intervac site which i now do not need and no way to cancel, but that still leaves me with the Expatvac site should they ever make contact, there must be many duplicates by default.

Locals hit out at Miami inspired beautification of Pattaya
Almer replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Thats why it wants tidying up, its a mess a third world slum, yes do the Miami makeover and the place will automatically clean itself up, but allow the street food back and tarpaulins slung between the new trees and your back to square one minus the healthy old 50 year old tree's, a suggestion when/if the tourist come back do a survey by an independent company with no leading questions to find out what the tourists think, and give then a free cocktail voucher for there trouble, or let a gov official arrange the survey and they can tell you the results in advance. -
