Didnt miss them but the time it took to arrest document etc the Kiwi they could have caught and documented 10 DUI at any intersection in Phuket, Pats etc -

So is so is somebody letting of a firework a trouble maker, or is it illegal to have fireworks on the beach, it is also wrong to drink and drive but dont se much going on there to stop it. -

I would like to post my experience of my visit to an outpatient dept for a follow up after a stent, all 10 hours of pushing sweating which includes a 2 hour wait at the pharmacy, for the 4 minutes face to face with the doctor with another patient in the room but best not for fear of upsetting somebody -

An amature driving downhill with his food on the brake probably knowing there is a bend at the bottom, no sense and if i had the power no licence, these are supposed to take a test to show they are competent, i doubt he could even tie a shoelace, third world at best. -
