It’s simple — the land belongs to them. So the best thing to do is just don’t complain about their rules and regulations. If you would like to stay here just do what they asked for, otherwise pack up and leave; take your family too if possible and never come back. I heard that the UAE extended the amnesty visa till December 31st for those who are stranded.

They are worried that their tourism industry would collapse — but little did they know that many tourists are unable to travel ???? because they have lost their jobs and are struggling to survive. So, Thailand should move on to think about alternative solutions for citizens who lost their jobs too rather than coming up with some lame tourism policy ????. Just shut down the industry and restart after 2021. I heard that there are too many COVID 19-waves on their way! ???? ????. Keep those tourists and the foreigners who are stranded here for little while so they still can contribute a little, rather than chasing them away!

What an excellent idea! But unfortunately, where are the tourists?
On top, as a tourist, I don’t want to fly ✈️ many miles away to visit the criminals in the prison. I'd rather spend my holidays in the island ????with my family . I bet there will be some sort of fees to visit these criminals. I rather spend that money at the bar on cold beers.???? Besides, I wouldn’t want to try the food cooked by chefs behind the bars! What’s next? A slum tour of Bangkok? ???????? What a joke! ????

Most tourists would be jobless right now. They are saving their money for food and their family matter. I don’t think that they will come to Thailand for tour soon. Most of them will be on tour in their own country and avoid Thailand, especially when it comes to the immigration policy and travel bubble requirements.

Can’t wait to see those tourists flood the island. So how much will the testing fees be!?????
-
So do they lockdown Chiang Mai yet.

It sounds like the end of Thailand’s tourism industry to me.I was wondering who would spend all that money to stay in the room for 14 days.

The deeper they dig into this case, the more problems are gonna occur. These people have money — no matter how much they twist the case they always can get out. “Money talks bull<deleted>s walk.” ????????????

Seem like the road accidents are scarier than COVID-19! ????

It’s all too early to say that the results are negative because the incubation period of the virus may take over 14 days. They even said that the citizens “tested negative to Covid-19” but results are not out yet! It seems like the second wave of the virus is already here before the tourists.

The best way is just find a way to get out from here and never return again.

The best way is stop coming to Thailand and save your time and money for the future or somewhere else.

How serious is this COVID-19? Most people are in bad conditions because the economy is down. The 100K USD insurance seems like too much. I think that it is the end of tourism industry in Thailand.
-
It can clearly see that this COVID-19 drama is absolutely nonsense.
-
Why do they want to complain about it? Try to flashback what they actually did to the foreigners in the past term of traveling policy. I would say this COVID-19 is absolutely nonsense and soon many countries will come up with very crazy policies over the people, especially those are traveling. After all, we live in the same planet.

This is all just gimmick because there are already plenty of youths that are drinking without purchasing from online. There are many ways for them get it.

Tourism minister finally recognises that "virus free" expats can play important role in tourism recovery

Then he can propose visa extension to government for those tourists and foreigners with families who are stranded here, as they are all virus free. Maybe the immigration can charge 1900 baht fee for every 30 days extension until the Thai government really decided to open the Thailand borders to the world. Definitely these tourists can contribute little to the dying tourism industry by spending their money on beer, girls, food, hotel, transportation, and shopping; rather than chasing them away and coming up with some insane 5T, 3R or whatever insane policies- it’s not like it’s going to fix the tourism problem ????????. Many people are struggling and wouldn’t spend that much money to just come to Thailand spend their holidays in the quarantine island. They are also not sure ???? whether those citizens who live there can be virus free????. They are risking their citizen’s lives too!
