searching gives me a series of broken links and/or non-fillable forms.

the set from joe above, although fillable, are poorly formatted (at least with my chinese WPS software!).  the lines overlap, and the lower section runs onto a second page.  i suspect would not be accepted.

the blackfillableformspackage has a tm30 formatted and displayed just loverly, but sadly not fillable.

    thank you for your concern.

Download and use the (free) Foxit PDF reader, which displays the forms correctly formatted and allows them to be filled.

Hi all, I need a Non-O multiple entry (marriage), just need clarification in case there’s been any changes since this time last year; 400,000 baht still doesn’t need seasoning, is it still possible to let an agent do all the leg work?

    cheers for any input

If you have 400,00Baht why not apply for an extension of stay?

The change of adress was done within 24 hours by my landlord.

He not received the voucher back.

As it is Bangkok, not sure they care about a TM30, and don't find the need to send the voucher back.

Just wonder what adress I should put on my 90 days report.

My actual adress(Bangkok) , or the one I am usually and where I do my yearly extension for the last 15 years (Pattaya).

The address you report should be the one where you are staying.

I am for  a few months in Bangkok.

My landlord filed a TM30 beginning of this month, didn't received the voucher back.

My next 90 days report has to be done early April.

Not sure what adress to put.

I have been in Bangkok before for a while, always put my Pattaya adress on the Online 90 days report, without problem.

My extension was done end January at Jomtien Immigration.

The online report was handled by Jomtien, not Bangkok. However, it is possible to submit a Change of address/TM30 on the same day as a 90day report is done. You should remember a fine may be payable if an address change is not notified within 24 hours.

The obvious way to deal with pre-existing conditions, or those too old for insurance, is to not grant people with them VISAs or extensions.

No - The obvious way is to introduce a reasonably priced government scheme which allows access to public hospitals.

And for a good reason, which was my point. For a "typical" Thai (who, as you wrote, doesn't easily qualify for a Schengen visa), working illegally on such a visa would be much more attractive than for a typical Westerner in Thailand.

Sorry, but unlike you, I do not indulge in Thai bashing. The chances of what you refer to as a "typical Thai" getting a Schengen visa range from nil to zero.

NB I did not use the word "typical", it was your choice to use that disparaging word.

Yes ,did the london bit as well, when i get them translated to Thai can any company do it or do they have to be accredited? And if so how do you find one ,thanks

Sent from my SM-A720F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

Most translation services (there are many in BKk) are 'accredited' can do the translation and for a small additional fee have MFA certify the translation Here is a list - https://embassies.gov.il/bangkok-en/ConsularServices/Documents/list of Translators - bangkok.docx

Ok, too late, i already give the letter saying that i have a part time work with company in my country that i can run remotely in my laptop while i travel. Also have some side job that i can run remotely, which is true. But i am not employed or do any business in Thailand.

Lucky lucky said we will get the news today by 5 PM. Either approved or rejected. Before we submitted the visa, we already been warned by lucky lucky that these days, the embassy may ask employment letter. We knew going to Vientiane will be easier, but i like coming to siem-reap and pp as i have not been there before. Also we have no any SETV.

I understand many are frustrated with the visa rules of Thai immigration here. Fyi, i am from Indonesia, have travelled to 9 ASEAN countries (not yet to Brunei) and had been a digital nomad for years in few countries. There is a good reason i picked Thailand.

Don't be surprised if (when) your application is rejected especially if it mentions "remote working"!

Yes to both that is the general consensus but.

    Travel insurance.

    1. Travel insurance policies often limit or restrict coverage when you reach a certain age. For credit cards that offer complimentary travel insurance, this age limit ranges from 50 to 90 but is usually somewhere around 70–80 years old.

    Pre-conditions are what they are,

    2. Platinum: Our premium travel insurance for travellers over 70. It provides the same level of Medical and Repatriation cover as our Silver and Gold policies, with increased cover for Cancellation and Baggage. Platinum travel insurance is also zero excess policy, so you would have nothing to pay in the event of a claim.

The above info is just a few from many travel insurers

    Health insurance

Expats can get health insurance, pre-existing conditions or not should still not stop anyone from health insuring themselves unless their able self-fund.

Getting Thai cover is possible for expats they don't need to have global cover.

Once over a certain age securing a new policy with adequate cover can be prohibitively expensive
