Where do we go to get a Kor Ror 2 (certificate that we're still married).

Is it at the large complex on the road to Mae Rim?

We will go there this week to either apply for a 60 day extension based on visiting Thai Wife, or to clarify what is needed.

Marriage Certificate.

Blue House book and Yellow house book (Chiang Mai)

Thai ID card and Pink Thai Foreigner's ID card.

Passport with expired Non-O ME.

Passport sized photos x 2 (any particular size that's demanded?)

And copies of all.

TM30 was done by App, and hasn't been printed out. Should be screenshotted and printed? 

Can show proof of un-seasoned funds.

Is there a number window or section we should go to?

What reasons are people giving to their embassy when they apply for a letter asking for an extension? 

Will probably be extended 2 months at a time. 

No borders are open.

You cannot just jump on a flight home. 

Amnesty extension is easier than easing the process of 30, 60, or 90 day extensions.  

In 2 months time, on month into the European and North American winter, I fear the winter wave of Covid is going to be massive.

Sounds like you got the 60 day extension during the amnesty. 

Without the amnsesty it shouldn't have been given, as you already had a 30 day extension on your VE.

So go back to your IO and see about getting another 60 days.

But wait until after Tuesday 15th or 22nd. An extension to the amnesty is likely to be announced on one of these Tuesdays.

If not on the 15th, I would visit immigration to clarify possibilities, then go there after the 22nd, on the off chance the amnesty isn't extended. 

While considering the likeliness of an amnesty extension, you also need to factor in Buddhist compassion and the karma they get for helping helping others.  

Perhaps with the 400k for a 12 month extension (which is to show that you have enough money to support your spouse or child for 12 months), they will add options of a 6 month extension for showing 200k and a 3 month extension for those showing 100k.

It seems to make sense, but they mightn't think of it.

Cabinet announcement will be either Tuesday 15th or 22nd regards the Amnesty.

If announcement on the 15th, choose what extension (30 or 60 day) you will be going for, go to immigration to confirm you have all the docs required, then if no announcement on the 22nd, go to your IO on the morning of the 23rd with all docs in hand.

Unless the engine, body and chassis are all imported separately, then reassembled in Thailand. Which is a bit illegal, but has saved a few Lambo owners the odd 15 million baht or so. 

It's also seen a few get their prized lambo confiscated. ????

Not that somebody doing it with the consulate in Malta would make any difference, as not all embassies and consulates are the same.
