  1. Either dead, or due to extreme testicle drainage, almost dead.
  2. Full story: The gun pointer dad's a policeman.
  3. Getting the correct licence wasn't required then.
  4. Thanks for the information. That's the kind of thing I expected, and puts me off. I'll take the extra cost of the Kawasaki 650 series with dealers and parts everywhere.
  5. I am considering a Duke 390 or an RC 390 as an everyday runaround. They're light, nimble, okay power, cheap maintenance in terms of gas, oil, tires etc. The issue is that they're not known as the most reliable brand on the planet, and there's only one dealer here, that isn't really a dealership, they have 3 bikes and also do other brands, so I doubt they have many parts on hand, or have lots of experience working on their models. Are there any KTM riders here, and what are your experiences? Reliability is a big factor in the purchase, so I'm also looking at the bigger Kawasaki 650cc twin cylinders. Bigger and heavier and more expensive to run, but an ease of parts with big dealers everywhere, I would guess they are known to be more reliable. A middle option is the CBR500 series, but I find those boring. What are your experiences about KTM reliability and servicing/parts etc here? TIA.
  6. An unbelievable 63. I only wanted them to take me to their sister's house.
  7. I never wear socks, and never wear underpants, never wear a top. Buy 30 or 31 pairs of shorts for 40 baht each per month wholesale, delivered by Honda wave on the first of every month. Wear once and throw away.
  8. I just glanced back at my last warning and had a little laugh.
  9. The MOSER 1400 has become a global success story among hair clippers due to its striking design, extraordinary performance and precision "Made in Germany". More than 50 million units have been sold in more than 100 countries since 1962!
  10. In waistline I'd guess it was about 40cm ago.
  11. What will be in the car when it's found? a ) the monk b ) drugs c ) students d ) all of the above
  12. What a country. At least people can trust the police. ????
  13. Hi. Thanks. Yes, other services were involved. That's really no issue. ???? An issue would be spending 30,000THB on new suspension units if a dab of grease on whatever and few new pieces of rubber would be all that's needed. ????
  14. Get a younger leader. Female. Comes from a family of leaders. Is actually democratically voted into power. Just don't put her in charge of rice sales.
  15. Excuse me, the front two shock absorbers were replaced 2 years (around 20,000KM) ago.
  16. Around 150,000KM. That was my initial thought. Now that they have 'put sonax on them' (which is what I wanted in the first place) the squeaking and creaking has stopped. I suspect it was more of a money making claim for their business than what was really needed. I would however like to have them cleaned up and serviced with new rubber parts etc.
  17. I'm not too worried about that. I'm just checking on people's opinions of how the suspension looks, as to whether it looks like it needs to be fully replaced or not. ????
  18. So do these suspension units look like they need to be completely replaced at a price of around 30,000THB? Are there places that clean them up or refurbish them? Right now there is no squeaks or creeks after they 'put sonax on them'.
  19. Thanks. Today was interesting. My wife went to an Auto Clik this morning and I sent her the images to show them what we want done. She called saying they didn't understand (WTH ???? ) and were test driving it. 10 minutes later she said I need to go there because it has big problems. I arrived and was presented with an invoice for 34,000THB. They said the 4 whole suspension units needed to be replaced because they're too old. Front And back And that it needed new back brakes. My wife had signed the invoice before I arrived (there were a gang of around 6 of them telling her what to do and what needed to be done), so they were a bit surprised when I said thank you very much and we'll come back in a few days. They said the rear brakes really needed to be done, which I agreed with so 5,000THB for that. My wife got a phone call when they finished, and she said 'The brakes are finished, and they said they put sonax on the other parts so it will be quiet now'. Yes I said, that's what I wanted in the first place.
