  1. so, he don't find jobs in ajarn.com? haha thats funny in that page most of the jobs are for native english speakers. He just watch movies? I think he is a lazy bastard. If he jumps off a bridge wouldn't be a bad thing in the world, we are just too many here. :o (the italian guy who did it, was looking for work everyday out in the streets, and give up.. not watching movies all day)

I don't even want to ask how old is he not to get more upset. You should stop trying to solve his life and having such a stupid friends as well.

  2. Hhahahahahahaha.. one week and she was already putting you in the future, introduce the family and expecting you to remember the correct spell of her name? (I bet is a thai name).. omg... she is a freak, and sorry to say, but... so are you.

You really look as normal something that fast? are you in such a hurry? sad.

  3. According to the Italian newspapers (www.corriere.it), Tosadori had stomach cancer.

No!... this newspaper doesn't talk about cancer, they are just telling the same story like in Thailand,a Tumor, but doesn't mean it was Cancer!!

    http://www.corriere.it/cronache/09_febbrai...44f02aabc.shtml

Stop adding more details just to say something and respect this poor man who commit suicide by an act of desperation and abandon :o ...

    R.I.P Signore Maurizio Tosadori

anybody speak Italian? so we can translate this article,....

I know her, she is fluent. So believe.. anyways, the guy said it was his mistake saying about the cancer stuff.. lol... he added that he knew the guy had many reasons and was planning to kill his self from a long time... what a jerk really, just gossiping and wondering from someone he don't even KNOW!.... troll guy!

  4. OK are we missing something there?

    Here are three pictures

    bk1935.jpg

    and

    1b3-1.gif

    and

    23022009580.jpg

Now the FIRST picture shows the head INSIDE a bag - i can see, fairly clearly that the bag is tied up around the head. Also there seems to be a paramedic or medical person there - someone in a white jumpsuit, and someone who seems to be in uniform, you can see a badge on his left arm - perhaps not a uniform but does appear to be so.

The other pictures show a head outside of a bag or piece of plastic or material hanging there and yes - as if hanging by the skin of his neck - the head definitely not in a bag.... I cant find the orinial police report that said the head was IN the bag?

A few things dont add up....

If the head was INSIDE the bag - why were people in uniform there? Why were people taking photos? If I saw an object hanging from a bridge I would not assume it was a head, body part. A head in a plastic bag is the last thing I would think it may be. A bomb perhaps... a while ago a fuel-air bomb was found in chiang mai hanging from a bridge - it was defused and hushed up by the powers that be. So why would a doctor/paramedic/body snatcher be there climbing over the ralings to bring up something in a plastic bag - if they didnt know it was a head at that stage - how could they ? It's hanging from the ralings - so why the need to climb over the railings?

    Strange story!

Cant see any blood in this picture at all

    11864.jpg

A long way to fall - its a wonder the rope didn't break. I am not an engineer but I wonder what forces an object of say 90KG+ falling over 10-15 meters would exert on the rope. What is the strength of a cheap nylon rope purchased at 7/11??

Somthing is a bit fishy here

Could you be more respectful and stop doing such a stupid posts? read first, investigate and then shut up really... RESPECT!

the rope was strong enough because it was the kind of ropes you use for climbing! :o

  5. Hi

Wasn’t sure whether to put this in the pet or Chiang Mai forum but I think other CM residents advice will be the most useful.

Recently my dog got very sick and when I took her to the vets they had to run all these tests and then perform urgent surgery and basically she very nearly died. The vet was very doubtful about her chance of survival and said it was a miracle when she did. They also told me the cause was that she had been kicked by someone. I was shocked. She had only been outside for half an hour for the last two weeks as she was supposed to be resting after heartworm treatment.

Anyway my dog’s treatment finishes tomorrow and then she will be allowed outside as normal again (she actually made a miraculously speedy recovery) and I don’t know what to do as I’m terrified something like this will happen again. I feel it is cruel to keep her in the house all day. I can’t keep her in the garden as she can easily escape from the garden outside. She likes being able to go out and do what she wants when I’m at work. Is it fair to try and stop her? How can I make sure someone doesn’t kick her again? She is a very sweet skinny little thing I don’t know how anyone could do this to her.

Does anyone have any experience of anything like this in your neighbourhood? Any advice would be very welcome.

So, basically you say there that your dog is all day (while you work) in the street.. Do you realize how many things can actually happen? rolled by a car, get tick and fleas (for sure it has) people kicking pets, kids trowing stones and stuff?

Do not complain about it when is your responsibility to make things happen and if you can't repair properly the fence, pay for someone that DOES good job there! stupid thing really, poor dog!

  6. *counts down until this tread is CLOSED* mwahahaha...

People.. the guy is dead, good if they know who is him, let's see what the police say, let the soul rest in peace and stop the speculations, let that work to the authorities. Cath should appear tho... Would really help!

    nite!

Cant see why this thread should be closed.

Are we violating some of the rules?

Btw, the poor soul was identified on television this evening.

Go and check on the news forum.. They don't want more speculations about the case. There has been some other people trying to keep it without any success.. Somehow fair enough, since in the news one they were even saying the poor guy "wanted to be Cath" ... :o

    I see your point.

But I believe we do some sort of speculation in most of our posts, whatever topic we discuss.

The case is a hot issue in the news, in Thailand.

Yup! Thats true... Maybe the solution is deleting posts that are way to malicious, and just leave the random talking.. There is still many things to wonder, like what was with "Cath"... Why this particular person does not show up, if there is evidence of where can be located, don't know, at least someone that can tell a little bit more of why in earth this man could do such a thing against his life or in case it was a murder, why was it...(I honestly don't think it is a murder tho...) weight + velocity = guillotine

  8. 50 women in 3 years? My goodness, that long? You must know each and every one of them like the back of your hand!

So, lets say you went out with each girl for the same ammount of time over the 3 years, that would give you a lengthy 21.9 days with each girl. Phwwwwooorrrrr you are the relationship guru aren't you!

    :o

  9. I have lived in Thailand for more than 3 yrs. Have you? I have dated at least 50 Thai women from all Thai subcultures and social and economic class levels. Have you? I am not the expert. I certainly know people with more experience than me.

wooooooooow........ :D O_o... thats waaaay to much.. ew! :o I don't think you are very selective. hehe.

  10. I think we all have a good idea what the something else is.

Here’s a moral question for you all.

A magician knocks on your door, with a briefcase containing 2 million US dollars or 1 million British pounds, or equivalent in Thai baht, whatever.

The magician says; I will give you this money, but, if you accept it, someone who you don’t know, a complete stranger will die.

It may be an innocent child, a priest, a sweet old lady or a murderer, rapist. It could be anybody, but whoever it is, his or her death will be caused because you accepted this money.

    Question:

    Would you accept the money?

This moral dilemma is hypothetical, meaning that the magician is genuine.

A person that I don't know? Well.. many people that I don't know die every second.. I would take it. Im a bit selfish in that sense. :D:o

  11. I am an American who moved to Bangkok a month ago. I have a studio (one room) 30 sq m. apartment on late Sukhumvit. My Thai girlfriend graduates from her Uni in the Bangkok outskirts in two weeks and then will be moving in with me. Wondering if there was any advice or things I should know in advance for this transition.

She tends to be a little messy with her belongings and wants to cook for me which isn't allowed in the apartments. I haven't read ''Thailand Fever'' yet and we're still working on the American English/Thai language barrier. She has studied English for many years and her B.A. is in English. She is trying to obtain a job as a Flight Attendant as she is taking weekend courses at a FA School. She doesn't live off of me financially and we're splitting the rent.

    Thanks for any advice!

    Zen.

What kind of advices do you want? O_o... "sleep with your wallet under the pillow" "make sure you don't have a balcony where she can start a fire to cook?" ..If you have doubts about it DON'T MOVE TOGETHER........!!!

p.s. Im starting to get piss off of so many guys asking for stupid advices with the thai girlfriends. Why in the world do you want to be with someone that you don't trust 100% or you don't understand 100%? F that really!

I was asking purely for cultural differences. It appears I left those two words out of my initial post for reasons I do not remember.

p.s. if you're getting pissy about certain threads that people post, I have a very easy solution for you - don't read them.

    Thanks for your response.

    Peace,

    Zen.

So, then was option number two. You think she will make a fire in the balcony to cook for you or something. You should know better than us the differences in between your girl and you. Don't ask strangers about it!

  13. Why is she not looking for other work and just expecting you to pay for everything?

Sounds like she is lazy and just getting you to pay for everything. If you don't treat your relationship with her as normal thai/thai relationship then you are opening yourself up to be fleeced.

If she doesnt have work then perhaps start a business with her and ensure she pays you back. If you let her think you will just pay for everything from now on then she will become even more lazy and it will just get worse.

    I'll tell you a story:

My gf wanted to go to her friends birthday party. She wanted to buy her a 340baht bottle of whiskey and she wanted me to pay for it. It's her friend so I found that attitude to be very odd. I said how much are you going to pay towards it?

She exploded a little and asked "you want my last 60 baht?"

I didnt react and let it sink in that she just said something very stupid without saying anything. She then realized it not my job to pay for everything for her. She told me she would sell her gold necklace to pay her friends gift. I could see this was her solution to her money problem. It was from her grandma but she really started looking for how she can cover her own expenses.

I always play the relationship as they would expect in a thai/thai relationship. I dont act out the rich farang and wont let her treat me like that. When we go out with her friends they have to pay their share and they do. Only in this way would you acheive a real relationship in their eyes.

If you let them walk all over you then they cant repsect you and will fleece you then move on. Just think in their shoes. If you were her what would you think or do?

Some rich farang lives with you and he pays everything and lets you not have to work and then you need some money for something important and you know he likes you so why not ask him to pay and see what happens. Stop acting like a rich old farang and start acting like a man and woman in a real relationship. And then you can have a real relationship... or you will discover it never was a real relationship in the first place and you can move on to a real one.

You really sound like a total as_shole. <deleted>? how can you care about 300 baht? O_o so.. what kind of life do you have that 300 baht make a deal? O_o.. it is like NO money at all! Poor rat.

She was prepared to sell a present from her grandmother to buy a bottle of whiskey??? (Unless you changed your mind and bought it for her. Did you?)

Sounds like a wonderful person with all the emotional and caring attributes anyone could possibly ask for!

Thats ANOTHER topic, and you are right, but as she is not here to read this I dont bother to say anything about it. But hello, this other guy complaining for 300 baht? what is that!!!!!!!! O_o
