No, it will not. It's about the operation software. This USB Modem ist just getting your PC connected to the Internet (like wifi just using the sim card).
However, you still have the Windows/Apple PC Software. That one however gets closed. So that will not help. You will need Adroid or Apple mobile software (connected to a sim card I think) to make it work. At least that is how I understand it.
Just go to your SCB Bank and ask them how you could solve the problem. My experience is, they help you and have the patient of little angels. When I went last time because they had to set up the Bank app on my new phone (and sim) they did everything for me and send me on my way with: Mista, if you have problems again, just come we help you.
