Do you have an official link? I am holding off getting the Thai pass and covid insurance for my trip on the 12th of July. The last thing I need is to be sent back home from Bangkok because I thought I no longer need covid insurance. I do have full medical and travel cover from an insurance company in my home country hoping that is enough to satisfy the BKK gatekeepers.
