How do you know that the people approving it are in Nakhon nowhere. If that is the case you would hope public enterprise would be more efficient than a government agency.

I am worried because I was not asked to upload the receipt for the tests when I applied. I have the receipt from PSAS with no problems. I received the confirmation code and email for the pass. Their information page makes no mention of providing receipts for tests

I don't believe governments really care about deaths. They are moreworried about hospital systems being overrun. No government wants to be the one that is publicized as leaving. People dying in car parks because of lack of beds. I think Spain and Italy were the last examples of this.
