Yes -
Soon I have to connect my house from the meter to the connection on the roof outside. I bought two wires copper 30 mtrs 16 square mm and half way a pole of 8 mtrs high. The wire on the roof going inside is multi core aluminium. I noticed in a technical sheet an copper aluminium connection is not allowed because corrosion. How I can connect it safe?

Max Brok replied to North's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
My latest NON-O ME is issued AUGUST 2021 in The Netherlands. At that time the E-visa was not available. The recommended minimum amount is 1,000 EUR/30 days of stay in Thailand. Non-immigrant "O" Multiple entry visa 90 days
Max Brok replied to North's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I have one in 2019 from Thai embassy in The Netherlands. You can stay one year but have to make every time a (90 days) trip to a border and come back with the ME. If you use it one time and ask for an extension for retirement or marriage one have to show up every 90 days at immigration. If you go abroad one have to buy a re-entry permit, the ME is not valid enymore. -

Is it possible to use an AVR in this temporarily configuration?
Max Brok replied to Max Brok's topic in The Electrical Forum
I reed your pinned AVR, that is why I liked to hear your comment. I go to request a 15/45 meter alone for my house and use the 16 square THW A line/wire and place the AVR next to my CU. Later if I get the meter in front of my house we can donate all to an other victim of the PEA???? We wait already 3 years and not want to donate 800 meters 50 Square mm THW A and 15 steel poles insulaters etc. Regards, Max -
I live 400 meters from the closest elect. pole for a electric meter of PEA. We share electricity with sister of my wife and suffer together the thin line of her, 6 square mm. When someone is ironing the voltage drops to 185 Volts. So we can not run an airco. But in future the PEA will expand the poles to our house. In the time being I will use my own meter and a temporary line 400 meters 16 square mm THW(A) with an AVR 15KVa Voltage Stabilizer with Input 120V-270V Output 220V Household Automatic stabilised Tool TM-15000VA. On Aliexpress about 6000 Baht with transport costs. I will connect a 12000 BTU Daikin AC with inverter as highest consumer and a Mitsubishi 250 Watts pump. The Sharp shower heater of 3500 Watts I wisely not use. Would it possible to use my small welding equipment, it is one with inverter and use it max 120 AMPS for welding. If one give me wise advice I appreciate it very much. Improvements which will help me are also welcome

How to do in case of paragraf 1? I enter Thailand October 4 2022 with a re-enter permit with my NON-O marriage and have to go minimal 2 weeks before December 31 for extension or another way to stay legal in Thailand up til February 12 2023. I there is no solution for it then I have the same problem again next year, an new visa request with a running visa is not allowed.

Dear all. I go to Thailand in October and have to make an extension of my NON-O based on marriage. My present NON-O is valid till December 31. Because I only stay for 5 months and all those documents and the need your wife have to be present when you do the request and the possible of a home visit I searching for an other way. Can I change my NON-O to a METV instead of request a extension? My wife has work and at home and max holidays is 2 months, I am realy married for your information. A METV is more convenient and the trip, after 60 days, to the border is this time not necessary. Next year I will do this at home(The Netherlands) but I can not do it now because I can not get another visa if another is still valid. If not posible, what is a convenient way to stay 5 months(without aditional insurances) in Thailand.

In October I will go back to Thailand. I have a re entry permit and a NON-O permit based on mariage up till December 31. Is it necessary to go together with my wife when I make the request for extension? Because I went home (Netherlands) for a number of months do I need a new certified mariage document from The Netherlands? I have to go to to the town hall for a up to date KOR ROR 22, that I know.

Are you a Thai? They have never a planned plan. I could do it a month before too.

This a real do it yourself solution, when there is now flow the pressure in the hose is the same as before the valve. Even if you close the valve 95%????

I waited zero days. I made the examination to get a Q-code in The Netherlands and the appointment in Thailand in October and the date a month before expiration February 5 of the first 2 years. Good planning then you not have to Wait.

Issue with Google translate on mobile device.
Max Brok replied to hotchilli's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
My iPhone 6 plus responded since yesterday suddenly different. The camera is now used to make a picture and the translation from Thai to Dutch works much better and faster. -
I am now trapped in Chaiyaphum. My extension, NON-O married, was under consideration up till Sunday January 30. I went to immigration on Monday 31 and they were closed because Covid infection by visitors? Come back on Februari 2 was the verbal message. I made a appointment with there Q online app and got 2 confirmations. Go again to Imm and closed, Come back on Februari 9 was written on the gate and you do not have to pay for overstay up till Februari 9. Now I can not travel and have to cancel a few hotels. Is it possible to collect my extension at an other imm office?
