Take a look at Barnier's red lines, then get back to us
Are you really sure you want to do this ? I’ll give you a couple of hours to mull that over, Google them if it helps and if you still want to go down that route come back to me.
But it won’t end well for you

You have really no idea what you are spouting about do you?
I will confirm that you are wrong again though, ‘cos I’m here and not even interested in correcting you. You don’t figure highly enough on my fish scales.
I have an idea - do you ?
The economic post brexit blueprint - anything yet ? First draft even ?

Still living in the past. This post is about the pending outcome of negotiations, not the referendum...????
I was referring to a gloat that the pound was at a fabulous level now based on the EU favoured deal whereas the poor misfortunate poster neglected to check what it was before he stabbed the U.K. in the back with his vote
Who was it now .....????

My condolences to those remainers and EU fanatics who desperately hoped a deal would not be achieved. This will be a difficult time for you, but please don't let it spoil your Christmas ????
Condolences to those who yearned for a no deal and have now had to settle for a deal closer to the EU demands ????

Judging from the increased bitterness of their recent posts, I think the only thing we can assume is that we have no friends from across the water. The vitriol and bile posted by the europosters is only surpassed by a couple of those who prefer a cloak of anonymity.
What are you reading ? I haven’t stopped grinning since the Boris capitulation was confirmed !
Did you come up with the post brexit economic blueprint ? ???????? you seemed to be struggling with that one

The art of negotiating isn't your strong suit is it
Haha really ? Negotiation versus capitulation, get your head around the difference
I predicted on here months ago that people grasping for no deal had no chance. That there was always going to be a deal on Barniers terms and hey presto ! and the no deal protagonists are suddenly claiming everything’s come up roses to save face ! So funny
So I’ve asked a few of your chums who all seem to be dumbstruck again when it comes to detail (meaningless sound bites bring their speciality) - what were Boris’s RED lines and what has he settled for ? the information is all out there.
If you think that is the art of negotiation you’re doomed from the start !

I think it's quite revealing that the EU contributors on here are still apparently quite upset. That suggests to me that the UK has played a blinder. Onwards and upwards!
When you say upwards do you mean GDP ?

Oops, touched a nerve. ????????????
Really ? How ?
So back to the red lines - it’s widely reported - what did Boris say he would get (or die in a ditch) and what did he end up with?
If you don’t know it’s ok just say - we’ll tell you ....

Of course Armageddon is coming, that's why the pound has jumped to $1.36 today - my, my, what a disaster....
What was it before the vote ?
Jeeze at least make this difficult !

The Brexiteers stated exactly what would happen that the EU would cave at the 11th hour, well done Boris. Besides with all the insults and snide remarks coming from our friends across the water, one can assume quite safely it must be a good deal. We have even one Brit who is pretending to be French just so he can insult us. ????????????
Who caved ?
Remind me what the Boris fish red lines were and what he’s got ?

Sky News downbeat too. Trying to predict and discredit Johnsons upcoming speech before he even made it.????
Great signs for Beexiteers.
Merry Christmas everyone.
How can you not discredit it ? Only a fool could see he didn’t blink first.
On the precious leavers fish (0.1% gdp) I think it was 80% reduction over 3 years, or similar Boris demanded (our resident fish guru Loiner will be along to correct me if I’m wrong) and ends up with just 25% over 5.5 years ?
haha way to go Boris ! The yanks must be dribbling at the thought of negotiating a deal with this clown !
Starmer is a shoe in for the next prime minister

Just bizarre ! Endless months of bleating about wanting a no deal and when a deal comes that has capitulation by Boris all over it you’re lauding it like a result! So so funny. Boris has caved in, Barnier has toyed with him like a cornered mouse from start to finish.
When the minutes come out let’s compare Boris’s red lines to what he came out with - enjoy your mince pies !

I understand the demographics. But what is your point?
Do you think old people shouldn't be allowed to vote because they'll be dead soon?
If not, what is your point?
Ok you’ve worn me down, I know when I’m beaten.
I didn’t say you shouldn’t be allowed to vote, and I’ve told you the point again and again, what I said was (about 8 times now for the hard of thinking) that you shafted the young by voting leave! ie it was a vote with no regard whatsoever for the prosperity of future generations or the U.K. It was a spiteful, selfish, xenophobic vote agitated by publications such as The Sun to appeal to let’s say not too savvy elderly folks. (No offence like)
The graphs would merely have helped that sink in.

Ah yes the trade deals with the veritable superpowers signed up to date (snigger)
Reel them off again - if you’ve got time away from putting together the post brexit economic projections .... come on you must have something ?

Haha and Boris did say we will ‘prosper mightily’ - I mean when did you last hear someone talking like that ? - so removed from reality it’s nearly funny, until you realise his cluelessness is taking the U.K. downwards.

Pedantry, to avoid the real point.
Of course tax ends up in EU pockets, they just use the member states to collect it. The fact remains that tax paid by UK citizens will no longer be used to fund the EU.
Correct - it will be paid in tariffs

Tetchy? ???? Not at all Grouse, I tell ignoramuses like you to stfup all the time ????.
Losing a democratic vote doesn't equate to getting shafted. You win some you lose some. It's just that your leftie woke brigade have lost more than their fair share lately so now they're whining like babies. Sulking like teenage girls and lashing out with childish insults like "wacist" and "stupid". ????
They lost the argument. Out maneuvered and out campaigned by the likes of Tim Martin and Nigel Farage, how embarrassing.
Yep nothing childish in there at all ????
However they weren’t meant as insults - purely facts.
So the economic argument for brexit ? .....been waiting 4 years now. Without one by default you’ve not done future generations any favours (7th explanation to date) but why are we arguing about it go ask them - the demographics are very self evident however much you choose to dismiss their futures as irrelevant.

The EU is partially funded by contributions from member states which includes monies collected via taxation of the citizens of those member states.
Putting multiple layers in between doesn't fool anyone. Neither does it fool anyone when they return a percentage of the money collected and claim these are "EU funded projects", putting EU flags everywhere.
A joke of an organization. Still, they fool the stupid.
Where else would the money come from ? It is each governments decision how they spend that taxation and the electorate give them a mandate to do so, but the EU doesn’t tax anyone confirming, again, you’re wrong.

Wrong (again). The EU doe snot collect any tazes. At all.
The economic cost of Brexit is already more than our net contributions to the budget for many years, a situation that will only get worse. It may already be approaching the entire UK contributions since we joined. There is zero rational economic argument for leaving the largest free trade area in the World. Zero, none, zilch, nada.
PH
But don’t forget economics don’t matter to a brexiteer - they’ve said so on here. Jobs ? Pah - who needs em. Taxes yeah yeah not important - as long as we get those pesky foreigners out (they often discuss it in the Indian/Chinese takeaways) ????
20,000 EXTRA foreign workers permits next year to pick fruit and veg as the Brits are too bone idle is so so funny!

Ah the racist card, always a safe bet when you've run out of arguments. Please provide a link to any of my posts that have indicated racism, otherwise kindly stfup ????.
Grandad? ???? Not exactly my bigoted friend. Carry on making wildly incorrect assumptions though, nothing says a lack of intellect quite like wildly inaccurate guesses.
How exactly are the young getting shafted? Quite the reverse, they've been freed from a life of their taxes being collected by the EU and handed out to basket case economies like Greece. Still, I doubt benefit dossers like you have paid any tax in their lives.????
Ouch - getting a little tetchy eh ? Never show the enemy your soft flank.
They got shafted because they didn’t want it, I must have told you that 5 of 6 times now ? Go to the demographic polls and see just how much they didn’t want it. Brexiteers will be dead in the next decade or two and the young will stil be here with a situation they didn’t want. Restricted job opportunities , more complicated travel, and still paying through the nose for your damage.
However to claim racism played no part in brexit just tops the ludicrous claims you’ve made! It was central, only few Brexiteers will admit it, however off camera they will bore the <deleted> out of you confirming it.
I will never have to worry about the next bill in my lifetime again so I guess over the years I must have paid a few quid to HMRC and continue to pay my taxes. My very expensive accountant confirms that so fret not.
