  1. Good to know, thank!
  2. I suppose I could contact one of the Canadian consulates but I doubt they would be able to help. They require me to go there in person which is not an option for me.
  3. I already spent quite a bit of time googling it. I know I can download the forms online. What I don't know is if I can get the visa in Bangkok or if I need to get it in my home country, which is not practical for me since I am nowhere near a consulate.
  4. That link doesn't answer my question. It just takes you to the forms.
  5. Is it possible for western tourists in Thailand to get a Chinese tourist visa at the consulate in Bangkok? I don't live near a consulate here in Canada and they apparently require you to apply in person.
  6. My best guess is that it will work the same as the current mult-entry 180 day tourist visa. The difference being that you only need to apply for it once every 5 years instead of every year. The other difference being that it allows you to legally work as a digital nomad and a few other things. I am guessing they will need to have some sort of stipulation that you can only use it for 180 days every 360, except for the one time where you can extend up to 360 in a 5 year period. This is all pure speculation on my part but that is what would make the most sense.
  7. They buried the lede. Something I have suspected all along.
  8. Cheeto Benito quotes. When cancelling a visit to Aisne-Marne American Cemetary, near Paris, in 2018 The worlds biggest loser at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day 2017. When talking about Senator John McCain, who spent 5 years in a North Vietnam prison, during his 2015 campaign. I like presidential candidates that aren't convicted felons and don't call dead soldiers 'suckers' and 'losers'.
  9. Deep fake is a Republican wet dream. They can now actually create the alternate reality they have been talking about all these years. Once the more bleeding edge stuff becomes easy enough for the MAGA juice drinkers to create their own hard-to-spot fakes from the comfort of their trailer parks you will see this stuff popping up all over the place.
  10. How about an intelligence test. The convicted felon is reportedly borderline illiterate.
  11. You're totally winning the internet bro. https://www.siam-legal.com/thailand-visa/thailand-visa.php
  12. The retirement visa. There is one that you can apply for outside of the country and one you can apply for inside. Saying "to enter Thailand" is irrelevant when you are already in Thailand. In that case it would be used to re-enter.
  13. So what the convicted felon did, such as raw dogging a porn star while his 3rd trophy wife was having another one of his spawn, is not as important as Stormie's tax returns? Is that what the gullible mob of losers is being told to think by right-wing media these days? Besides Hunter's laptop or whatever, which nobody cares about outside of wingnut circle jerks.
  14. You still use hard drives? Do you also continue adding to your vinyl record collection and communicate via ham radio instead of the internet?
  15. I'm sensing a pattern here. Every accusation is a confession with these clowns.
  16. No, I am saying exactly the same thing you are saying.

Nurun reminds me of a prison but its like a luxury condo compared to Flybird.
  18. It's a 5-year multi-entry visa that gets you a 180-day stamp in your passport. That is probably all there is to it. I would assume it will also say that you cannot use it more than once in a 360-day period, except for a one-time 180-day extension, in that 5-year period.
  19. It's entertaining to watching the convicted felon worshippers trying using someone who never has and never will hold public office to distract from the convicted felon acting like a loser again. It's like, seriously, that's the best you got??? At least we don't have to listen to them endlessly talk about locking Hillary up, although the convicted felon did mention that oldie but goody again recently. I think the loser has even started mentioning locking up Biden and Obama now. Anything to distract from what a loser he is.
  20. You are throwing out ridiculous arguments that don't even makes sense. Like the fact you need separate desktop screens no matter what you do. My bad trying to have a reasonable discussion with anyone on this forum. Have a nice day.
  21. I took all my desktops to the computer recycler. They were still quite capable so hopefully someone in Africa is making good use of them. Laptops today are quite a bit more powerful than desktops of only a few years ago, and use a lot less power. There is no price advantage anymore. Dual screens and the lack of a high speed USB-C interface were the only thing that held me back from using a laptop as my home computer before. It's no big deal now. Almost all computer screens have HDMI and all laptops have HDMI + USB-C. I just use a $20 USB-C to HDMI converter for the 2nd screen. I use my newest laptop at home as my desktop, and an older one for travelling as well as a 3rd laptop as a backup. That 3rd laptop is over 10 years old but still works perfectly. It will be the next to go to the recycler when I buy my 4th laptop.
  22. It was. Remember the convicted felon dog-whistling "where's the birth certificate" nonstop, with his mob of other losers dutifully following along? Now he's saying he wants to lock everyone up including Obama, because it's always projection and deflection with these losers. They need to clog up the media news cycle so that there are less negative stories about him. The media falls for it every single time. Steven Bannon, former political strategist to the world's biggest loser and now a convicted criminal himself, called it "flooding the zone with s**t".
  23. It's entertaining to watch the same people who have been yelling "lock her up" for years running for their fainting couches now that their hero is a convicted felon.
  24. None of the whiners are going anywhere. They just like to huff and puff (and whine) about everything. They have nowhere else go because if they did they would have left a long time ago. I remember many years ago everyone was saying they were going to Cambodia because Thailand was getting too expensive and visa hassles blah blah. Same old same old. I would say less than 1% actually did and of those, probably 99% moved back.
