Hemoglobin and Hermetic for sure.  

iron is very tricky.   hopefully a little folate (1/4 a folate tablet every few days, less is more) and vit. c helps instead, but the big question is:  What if it's NOT iron or folate?  

could be heat, maybe a food allergy, not getting enough fruits or vegetables,  heart issues, stress, anxiety, traumatic experience,  asthma, etc......

of course, check........ 

i took some B12 and seemed OK, then I took a different B12 and the side effect was like you were yelling in your head.  luckily, after a few days, I threw all the pills away and only I knew what was happening........google was my friend, it seemed pretty common.. my point:  be careful on what you put in your body.  I stopped taking B12 altogether and I feel better.  got tested, and my levels were slightly below the mid-point on some iron tests.  "normal".

About salaries, I might be mistaken, of course.

i asked in Thai if they had a contract.  I remember some saying yes.  I remember 7000.   Of course, the answer might be the amount they made last month (this was during Covid).   Maybe I asked the owner's sister, who knows..........

if they are calling a masseuse on the phone to go to the shop, she's not getting a salary.   It makes more sense if none of them get a salary.   But it would be crazy if, during covid, they are making like 3000 a month.   

got a good deal now.  One shop, one owner lady.   Once a week, two hour easy massage for 400.    I gave her the option:

one hour for 200, I tip 100.  you get 300.

two hours for 400.  

1600 a month is OK for me, and she gets 100%.   

yea......i'm gaming the system a little.......but her shop is not busy at all so I don't feel too bad about it.

I think i've asked some before and I seem to remember the number 7000.   Of course, I'm old and I can't remember my name, but I'm pretty sure they get something.  I think if they are pretty busy they make around 30,000.   Now?  I'm guessing they are making between 10-15,000.  

Do yourself a favor, avoid indoor places with lots of people.  covid is still a thing, and outdoors seems to be much safer.   maybe only once a week to makro, buy a lot of stuff.   

covid can happen anywhere, no question about that.

to know about your surroundings, ask a Thai person.  it's the best way to learn.

But, it sort-of feels "free," so I'd sign-up as well.  

In America, they are talking about this "free money" up to 2000 USD per MONTH!!!
