Depression that black dog
Read what I posted and don't take advice from those guessing they know the answer to depression. Exercise, a great diet, good enough sleep and relieving your life from toxic people will help but it won't make it go away. Treatment with medications to help symptoms, trying to stay away from stressors, having someone that will be there to listen and not give advice and psychotherapy will help more.

I've studied more than 5,000 near death experiences. My research has convinced me without a doubt that there's life after death.
It's your choice to either read or not read what anyone writes. We don't "move along" because someone disagrees with us.

We created most of the pain. God has a right to be mad if we break his laws. He created everything so he can choose his laws, and they do make sense. As far as diseases that kill and hurt, that I myself don't fully understand, but again, life is short in any event.

Hope that there's a much better place after all this <deleted> we live in. That anyone who can create the universe can also have a place without pain waiting for those that believe in the only God we have.

Sorry you had something happen in your life which led you astray, but the alternative to having a creator isn't possible. The universe, which is all matter, cannot happen from nothing. Some try to explain this away but none of it makes sense. They believe in other non believers theories because of their hatred or ambivalence towards a God, which is also shared by those same non believers. Very sad when you have no hope for a better life after this hurtful one. I choose to believe there's a reason things aren't well here, one we can't yet understand. We aren't weak followers, but strong in our faith. Our faith is challenged constantly, which shows how strong we can be if we choose. Think of how this world would be if there weren't any believers. The chaos would end the world population in a very short time. Be thankful there are those who choose to try and follow his commandments.

Unlike some others, who have had a bad experience in their lives and blame God, I think about the fact that we all are going to die anyway, and most by their 80's or so, and that short life is nothing compared to forever. God gives us a choice to do whatever we want, a freedom, which is how it should be, as we are not robots. We can choose to follow the laws he has given us, which of course make sense and help us to get along with each other, or we can choose to do whatever we want without thinking of the consequences, hurting others, not believing in who created all of this, and living without hope. He allows Satan t have some power over us, which we can choose to ignore, or go along with. That's our freedom. People die from one day to 110 years or more, but if we follow God, that short or longer life still is nothing compared to again, forever. I have questions myself why he allows evil to hurt us, but that's again where faith comes in. believing in something we can't see. I don't listen much to people who find excuses not to believe. I try and convince them otherwise, because it's the most important decision they will ever make. I know that most if not all people that are atheists have lost someone important in their lives or see such evil in the world and cannot understand why a God would allow it. We can't see what's coming after, so some refuse to believe it can happen, so take the easy way out. I won't do that, no matter what happens, because again, this life is very short no matter how long you live.

My research started when I began lifting weights, age 17, and hasn't stopped. You're mislead by some who have used the Keto diets because it does work, for losing body fat, but it's not a healthy plan to stay on long term. Read up on what low fiber or no fiber diets do. You are misinformed like a lot of others out there that believe in something just because one points out the positives on a certain diet short term. Here's one link, from 2022, you might study. There are hundreds.....................https://www.eatingwell.com/article/7871141/what-happens-to-your-body-when-you-don-t-eat-enough-fiber/

Being a Christian, it was kinda hard to believe what I heard about her. Thought she was a saint also. This is one I found that says otherwise. Not saying it's true, but who knows without research?.............https://www.vice.com/en/article/gvzebx/mother-teresa-was-kind-of-a-heartless-bitch

I agree with the first paragraph, as my best friend now has dementia. He was a heavy drinker then fell and hit his head hard, and has since been in assisted living, with days out to visit relatives. He remembers us going fishing and everything else, but can't remember that I'm still in Thailand, and he knew I was when I moved here 6 years ago. He forgets things minutes later, and I feel so bad because I remember a very intelligent man that is now going away slowly. As far as the second paragraph of course being a Christian I believe we go on to Heaven if we believe. I feel for people who don't believe, because they might be living their lives as good people, treating others well, but not have a belief in God for whatever reason., and not go on to Heaven when it's their time. I'm thinking, if you just can't bring yourself to believe there is a God from lack of evidence, and not from a bad experience or loss in life that turned you away, than why would it be hard to bring yourself to accept that everything had to be made and didn't just happen, that there had to be a Creator, and if there is, that his way is right? If you actually become a true believer, you will have a good place to go when you die. If there is no God, what will you lose? It will be nothingness as some believe and it won't matter anyway. If you choose to be an atheist, and when you die and come before Him, what will you say then? I don't doubt he exists, and knowing this life and all its <deleted> will end someday, believing there is a better place with no more pain is comforting.

How many partners a woman has doesn't matter as much as how much they love and care for you. A woman that has many will always look at her current man as the next one. One that has had a few but wasn't treated well enough to stay will look at the next man with hope. If he treats her right, she will bless him with attention. Learning by doing might seem to be the best choice, but it's desire to please that wins out. A virgin doesn't know anything at first, unless she watches porn, but she will learn from her man what he likes , and will respond if she's treated well. I've been with everything from beginners to nymphos, and it was always the ones who had just a couple partners that were the best. They weren't treated right, and they came through with good treatment.

Where I live Ive noticed more locals are not obsessed with wearing the facial mask anymore. But some still are.
Have you been outside since then?

Do they include having to leave every 90 days because Heaven doesn't have online, immigration or agents?

If wearing a mask saves one person from getting Covid from you, which they were intended to do, then it's worthwhile. One thing I will agree with Transam is that this has been addressed many times before, with all kinds of replies. The masks also protect you and others from common colds an flu, so that's always a good thing coming into that season. A person who is sick is doing the right thing by wearing a mask in public. Locals have been educated on wearing masks, although some wear them while nowhere near others and some don't while in the back of a pickup with 12 people likewise not wearing masks. Covid is and will always be around, and I've probably had it at least three times, and once it wasn't so mild. I wear masks whenever I go into public stores, for a few reasons. One is respect.

Tell that to the millions who suffer from diverticulitis, IBS, bowel cancer and constipation. Cleaning out your colon daily is necessary to prevent problems. Fiber helps reduces total and LDL cholesterol, which is a heart saver. Hemorrhoids are also prevented. I'm guessing you're just playing around, because these things have been known before we were born.

What did you have for breakfast?
An example of what? I eat beef, for those qualities and it's taste. I eat apples for the same reasons. You don't compare them. Both are needed foods, at least as far as one having B vitamins, fats and protein. The other isn't for some of those but mainly Vitamin C, fiber and energy. Living on just protein and fat foods leaves your body lacking of needed nutrients.

There aren't any supporters in the Bible about reincarnation. Those that are said are someone's false interpretations. Half of Hindus do not believe in reincarnation even though it is in their teachings. ............https://bible.org/question/what-does-bible-say-about-reincarnation

I'm wondering how many of those that stated this man was wrong, wouldn't want him working on me etc, are not atheists. As a Christian, of course I believe in God and an afterlife. I also has heard of many reports of people who were on an operating table saying what they saw while clinically dead or at least right there, things that only they would know. Also, the many reports of children who have died and gone on and seen things that they repeated when they were brought back, that were impossible for them to have known, people they never knew existed but were relatives of his who had dies years earlier. People have all kinds of reasons to try and explain this away, but none are convincing. I remembered a story about a Myanmar monk and found the link. Pretty interesting read.........................https://www.nairaland.com/544233/testimony-buddhist-monk-myanmar-died

What did you have for breakfast?
When I said why stop eating some of the best food on earth, that was a general term, meaning western food from all over. Every country has excellent food, and who wouldn't want to still eat some of their own country's food? I've never , yet, been to the UK, but I'm looking forward to traveling there someday to try Irish, Scottish and English food in a pub, along with the excellent beer those countries have. I have friends that already have, and although ethnic food from those countries is pretty simple, it, to them, tasted great. You can't judge a culture by what their cities serve for people on the go, meaning fast food (not just McDonalds, et al). You have to go into the homes or eat at the local restaurants. Millions of Asians still eat ethnic Asian food, which is great. I've had Thai, Chinese, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Laotian, Japanese and Korean food, and it all was, is, great. Western food introduced isn't taking the place of Asian's own food. It's just an addition. Some of which is healthy, and some isn't.
-
What did you have for breakfast?
That's actually what most of us do. Why stop eating some of the best food on earth just because it might be hard to find? Asian food is great but not every day. White rice every day isn't a healthy choice because of the glycemic index besides the fact it would get boring. <deleted> back home? Where are you from, Antarctica with whale and penguin as choices?

A lot of BS has been written over the years, and believed, by those seeking quick answers to weight loss. Humans are omnivores. We need fiber to have a cleaner gastro system. Fruit has vitamins that meat doesn't also, and the suger from fruit is never a problem if you aren't eating it all day long and in excess amounts. You can surely lose weight, if need be, by going to a Keto diet, and it does work, but shouldn't be used forever. Oatmeal is a very healthy grain, as is rice. They are the least to cause allergies and inflammation. Wheat, pasta, can be a problem if you are intolerant to wheat. Other grains might be if you are gluten intolerant. Some are both, many are neither. Too much refined sugar is what causes obesity, and then heart attacks. Too much fat can do the same. Too much LDL from saturated fats raise your cholesterol, which can cause a heart attack or stroke. I have eaten grains, vegetables, starches, fruit , and pasta all my life, along with mostly chicken, fish and lean meat, and have stayed lean all that time, with a resting pulse of 58, and blood pressure averaging 115 over 55. Calories from too much alcohol, fruit juices or whole milk are the worst. Drinking calories is never a good thing, although wine and beer in moderation isn't a problem. I had trained thousands of people back when I lived in the US, and helped with their diets. Every one made gains in muscle, lost fat and lowered their cholesterol and blood pressure. It's not a hard science but fad diets are never the answer.
