Kiatkhun Umklang, 32, was on his way home with his 22 year old girlfriend and 3 year old son. He was furious when the road leading up to a bridge was blocked by two pick-ups and people dancing in the street to loud music. He honked his horn three times to no avail before parking on the left. Picture: Thai Rath The family was patched up with stitches in hospital before a report was filed with the Bang Saothong police. The story hit social media resulting in Thai Rath meeting the victim in the area next day for some pointing at the scene. Kiatkhun said he was fed up with people partying in the road like this. Picture: Thai Rath Thai Rath reported on a murder in Surat Thani in southern Thailand yesterday where a factory owner was stabbed through the heart by an employee after an argument over an advance on his wages. Police lieutenant Phuwanat Noophinit of the Phuphin constabulary responded after reports of a stabbing at a coffee grinding factory in Tha Chang sub-district. Blood was found at the scene. The factory owner Thanaphon Rianthong, 31, from Phuket was stabbed in the left side with a knife that pierced his heart. He died on the way to hospital. It was believed that the assailant - Suphawat "Beer" Nakrin, 28, an employee, had not gone far. The area was surrounded. He had bloodstains and was in possession of the knife. He told investigators that he habitually carried a knife.
