In Finland has saying, what our grandparents say who experience war against Russia. "Russian is Russian even fry whit butter". Helsinki airport's parking garage is full Russian car's and not cheap model cars! Normal people can't go no place from Russia! Finland is now only country which let Russian tourist still entrance in EU from land border and soon also close borders from Russians. Problem is that many Schengen country still give tourist visa's to Russians. Finland obey Schengen area law's . Rich Russian's spend holiday and party all over Europe when they country kill people in Ukraine THATS REALLY WRONG! Maybe they start take even some negative thinking about attack in Ukraine if they going to be stuck in Russia! And those Russian people maybe has something to say about war, they are not some old granmom's from Siperia who only watch own Russian news!

I never rent a place where electric and water bill come from landlord! That is where they put much extra on top(normaly). Its good if have own counter and pay bill what really use! I know its not possible in many place. I dont understand why need pay extra about garbage collection, many place even landlord not pay anything of that.

Hypocrite people shout here, let elephant be in peace. Many of them maybe live nice life in some skyscraper in BKK, they hug only tree what see in own palcony. They opinion is give nature space, but dont watch mirror ! That place where they live has been wild nature place also! They can live in "concrete jungle" but normal farmers should not disturb elephant's! I have experience what elephants do when one herd attack in Mrs. rubber farm. And those elephant's are not wild life "free " elephants! Those elephants was growing in people's home for tourist purpose. People let those free in mountain coz they dont had enough money to feed them. Those elephant's place is not there where farmers work, place where never have been elephant's before! Not all is only black and white! Definitely not in Thailand news!

Maybe i travel more comfortably. Even now i have money to pay bussiness class ticket, mostly i take economy class ticket. Always try to use trick to lvl up in plane! Like in Finnair i have many times lvl up in plane from economy to bussiness class. Has cost about 200€ Helsinki-BKK ,if buy direct bussiness class ticket cost 700€ more. ????

Seems like you havent travel much. Thailand is one of most safe country in Asia. And in border area's are full of security cameras, officers etc. so how can anybody think you get robbed in there!? If you live Isaan you go Laos, if in Chiang Mai area you can also visit Myanmar(i rather not). Other part in Thainland you can visit Malaysia,Vietnam,Cambodia.

From what you tell first i thought IO want give fine to condo owner. If not inform farang live in hes residence. I have never listen volunteer's, normaly they dont know sht and ask to bring every document what they know. Even not needed!

Lol but you speak English in home. Family members need to learn if want talk whit you. Maybe its different if Thai has family member who speak English. Im not native English speaker and my writing is from "smelling black hole" but my Thai family has learn English coz need talk that whit me. If want i understant what they want . Language teaching in Thailand is not good! They not teach speaking or conversational understanding at all! They focus writing and reading. Every Thai who pronounce well english has lived in English speaking country.
