Yes, happened twice, once, vendor stated "shipped",,,, , but had subcontracted to a Chinese vendor,,, over three weeks to deliver, so refused to accept. Recently, same, "packed, ready to ship and delivery in next 3-4 days. Didn't actually send until 10 days after the previous delivery dates. Again refused to accept when courier arrived. Both orders, contacted sellers who blamed Covid! All orders COD, therefore no disputes or waiting for repayments. On both occasions wasted two days waiting in for arrival of goods on each supposedly "delivery date"! Still use Lazada, but always COD.
