Stadtler has a version on online learning that "no need internet when no hab."
It's called the Bible. Child can read Bible printed on paper while waiting for special Flintstone's Tablet to arrive from Amazon.

Absolutely!
Fortnite
Roblox
And so many other study venues.
Stadtler doesn't play any of these silly games.

For anyone who doesn’t have a smartphone, people could register by entering their name and telephone number on sheets of paper placed outside the entrance to the malls.
And what is done with this information? When I venture out to the mall, I will take a photo of one of the sheets showing how well they protect our privacy. It will have 20 or more names on it.

Did you see any Donald John Trump's on the list?

I can't sit with my family? Stupid.

Great for the separate check crowd, but Stadtler is a big spender, he pays for his family too.

Fantastic for the flipper wearers, I hear it does marvelous things for their nail fungus.
Stadtler doesn't have any nail fungus but he does have stinky feet.

Ridiculous disinformation again.
In many cases they don't even have the name of the phone number owner !
Someone registered your phone number with a Thai ID or a Passport, maybe your passport.
They're coming for you now.

If that triggers you, tell me all about it.

How idiotic is this? So when my son and I go out, I have to distance from him?
That's stupid.

It's probably for contact tracing, just in case you had contact with someone that turned out to have CORVID-19. Wouldn't you want to know about something like that?
No.
I wear a mask. My son wears a mask and they are N95. When we come home, we assume that we are covered in virus so we wash our hands, remove our masks, strip off all clothing, and then take showers. We don't contaminate the condo.
I don't expect to get it just because I was near someone who had it.
I assume everyone has it.

Thailand's "GOOD" list of countries which now includes Korea and China should have Taiwan on there as well. Taiwan should be the model of the world on how to deal with this virus. I agree with having South Korea but disagree having CHINA on this list. I don't believe China's Communists who tell us their numbers but the reports coming from China contradict them.
Why isn't Taiwan on the good list?

HomePro (at Villa) have been following that policy since they opened. You can't get into the complex without giving your name and telephone number. On the way out, you have to give your telephone number again.
And what keeps you from giving them a phony name and number?
-
The wording of the poll:
Are the numbers reported by Chinese believable?" wasn't really about the numbers. People don't believe numbers, they either believe or they do not believe the Communist Chinese Oppressive Party, you know the one, the one that sells organs from prisoners, and enslaves innocent Muslims. The same Communists who have their boots on the faces of the Chinese People.
The Communists who are oppressing the people are the ones who supply the numbers. I for one don't believe them. I believe they are lying. I do hope I can say this freely here on ThaiVisa as it is my opinion and I'll guess, that my opinion is shared by many.
What about Taiwan? I believe their numbers. Why aren't they on the good list?

I've been on AIS Fibre since around 2016 using multiple VOIP services like Magic Jack, NetTalk, Google Voice, etc...all work fine. Calls between Thailand and the US sound just fine.
Proving what exactly? You may be the only user. I have several in the condo and the router does not prioritize packets.

Like with an app you fill in your phone number. Learn more about development.
Oh my, it seems so complicated. It's an app. It's not an app. It's a website, it's not a website.
The confusion is delicious. I cannot wait to see the orderly entrances to the malls tomorrow.
-
Oh my oh my .. I think Richard Barrow may be confused.
From his FB page:
I have some more information about the Thai Chana application. First thing, it is not an app, but a website. This is only for the owners of businesses to register their place and to get a QR Code. Customers then scan this with their smartphone to check in before they enter. When you check in, it will show if the shop is congested or not. You can review the shop by reporting if they follow safety measures. If any shops are considered a health hazard, the customers who were in the shop will receive an SMS notification to get free #COVID19 testing.
If this is only a website, how does the website know your phone number so it can send you a SMS message? Hmmmm?
If you only read a QR code for information, how do they manage contacting you in the future?
Really folks, use your noggins for thinking.
Apply logic. It will do wonders.

Amateurs. Old Stadtler is a pro! Your problem is routing and is not in your control. Old Stadtler has found that AIS Fiber does not do very well with VOIP as it gets packets out of order. Try a friend's ISP and see if you get a better route.
Latency is not your friend.
Google isn't your friend either.
Monitor lizard found hiding out in woman’s car engine

Stadtler thinks there is nothing tastier than baked lizard. In the old day, Stadtler would get a 7 pound roast, cut up some fixings, and wrap it all together in aluminum foil. The Stadtler would place that football inside the car engine and take a drive.
Nothing cooks better than a 1968 Caprice with an 8 cylinder engine.
Stadtler never cooked a reptile, at least knowingly.
