QuoteWhile receiving his second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine today (Monday)
He took the Astrazenca vaccine again not Sinovac which is the one people have no confidence in.
He should have taken Sinovac like everyone else.- 7

Absaloutly not true.if using an agent is against the law, well there's going to be Alot of people in trouble... And visa agents are very easy to find if you really need to find one..i think your making up fairytales.
The methods agents use to get the Visas for 20k are Illegal.
Of course some Agents are legit but then you need the cash on your Bank Account and they just do the leg work for you and they don't cost 20kmore like 4-5k.

They made the mistake of putting all their capital into Property and using an Agent is against the law, many got busted and they're not always easy to find outside Bangkok and in the Provinces.

3 of those 4 farang don't look sick or over 60.
How did they jump the queue?
My 40 year old Thai friend and all his family including kids have an appointment to get vaccinated on the 7th June even offered me one but I don't want the Sinovac.
It's all about how important you are in Thailand.- 2

Know quite a few Expats who were forced out because they couldn't meet the Visa requirements even though they had family and or property here.
My advise is sell up and rent you never know when this government will change the requirements and kick you out.- 61

The poll came after a page about going abroad was shut down after it gained widespread interest.
Please some better reporting on this story exactly why was it shut down?
which rules did it break??
Who had it shut down? Government??

Most likely a PR stunt to appease International Embassies.
What counts is the total of Expats who have been vaccinated.
Just a few days ago Richard Barrow tweeted he had been turned down for a Jab after successfully registering 3 weeks ago.
Also those Expats don't look to be over 60 how did they qualify?
We should have a counter on TV to count how many members have received the Jab and how many have been refused.

The fact that they chose to keep a convicted drug smuggler in government make me rather suspicious and you'd need a very big lab indeed to make that much meth.

Her problem was she couldn't control her corrupt MP's many of them now switched side and are serving the current government.
The current government has a very similar scheme in place but not many are brave enough to report corruption.- 5

Lol get their monkey feeder MP on the job!
He'll claim it's just sugar or something.- 1

So cause enough confusion and blame this Vaccine Discrimination on a misunderstanding.
I doubt ant foreigner will get a Vaccine before ALL Thai's are vaccinated they are just all empty promises to shut us up and stop us complaining to our Embassies!!

Would have only taken half a brain-cell to realize they should have been one of the first groups to be vaccinated there's only 300k of them. Of course with Thailand's Social Hierarchy they're always going to be last in line now they will have a potential 300k cases to take care of.
Bravo!!- 3

The Sinovac vaccine is more expensive than the Pfizer vaccine? I find this difficult to believe.
Check out
https://thailand.prd.go.th/ewt_news.php?nid=11150&filename=index
QuoteThe Cabinet has approved a budget of 321.6 million baht from the 2021 national budget to buy 500,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine from Sinovac Biotech, so that the people in Thailand can have equitable access to vaccination against COVID-19.
290mil for 500,000 doses by my calculation that's B580 per dose and I've heard it was more expensive than that.
The price list below is a bit old Sinovac is still one of the most expensive if you search google you will probably more up to date prices. Pfizer are also offering their vaccine for $10 to 3rd world countries like Africa Thailand would probably get the same deal. And guess what only 3rd World countries are buying Sinovac one wonders why?

Beware they now have millions of doses of Sinovac nobody wants.
The Mor Prom registration system was a big flip flop coz of this.
I want to take a vaccine but prefer one that's at least WHO approved and so far Sinovac isn't.- 31

Lol he means from his Hymn Sheet.
Any mention how many people have signed up so day before it was only 2mil ?- 1

Why not just get Pfizer it's cheaper than Sinovac and no one wants to put that cheap Chinese stuff in their body it's not even "Who" approved
Of course we all know why they choose the more expensive Chinese product.
Once other vaccine are ready to pay for kickbacks that when it will arrive until then forget it. -

Western Vaccine manufactures have made it very clear they will only sell directly to governments so what are they on about?
Will it all depend if they are willing to donate to their Biscuit Tin Early Retirement Fund? Until then it's gonna be the non "Who" approved "Sinovac jab".
Pfizer already made it clear they are ready to deliver to Thailand but instead they order the more expensive Sinovac vaccine which no one wants.
Madness at it's best. Don't worry Expats you will be able to get your Sinovac Vaccine soon because no Thai's want it.- 5

Or maybe they're happy with the high level of kickbacks China pays?
Surprised they're not worried about the communism factor.- 7

Is he revering to the news that all foreigners will get the vaccine?
Or that about that about paying way over the odds for the Sinovac vaccine??
