90 days report online - a sad experience
yeahbutif replied to Lorry's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Will say I been here All most 5 years and has worked for me every time... But I tryed to do my friends for him many times and always say you have overstays visit imigration..but he has never overstayed and they know this as he goes and stamp as usual no fine...however the other day I tryed as it was due again. For him...I put in passport number and it asked For tm6 number...I put all details in...and Said there is error's......but the inistal log in dint come up with over stays as Many times before... Then I looked at the tm6 and the passport number was different. It was the passport number he arrived on old out of date passport.....put that in and it worked. Woppee .so it looks like if you're first visa was on old passport. future extensions would still be on their system with old passport number..very odd but true -
Who comes up with these so called laws... with out working out the details first....I agree all for laws to protect life . But if they can't do anything about crash helmets on a motorcycle..that is very visible and easy to see and cars with no number plates...have they going to police something that is not easy visible...so I'm come to the conclusion.its tax another excuse to collect money at the road side..eg cant find anything wrong ...oh no seat belt.. nothing really about protecting the people at my all..

Compulsory insurance is on bike so any rider can ride as comes with the tax.but only like 3rd party and not much payout.. it don't really matter though as if you hit someone as a or thet hit you and you are a falang........you will still have to pay..... So either carry some cash or get group 1 or 2 or 3. ...then it's like comprehensive insurance..but can be expensive...

What I can never understand is that they make a new rule . But can't see they need to change the old rule to implement the new one.. like what comes first the chicken or the egg...I cant understand why it's not so simple to implement .the government or powers to be must have brains the size of peas....

The toilet is held down by cement glue my toilet be was very heavy one and even a job to lift. The hole in toilet just sits over the soil pipe.with about half inch clearance..then there is a thing like an large o ring made of like putty.that gets squashed between toilet and soil pipe .. make sure the two holes line up..

She even has to tell him to have a shower. . -
How does a teenager get a job in Thailand? In the UK at 15 we left school and looked for a job.( no qualifications) And was more or less told by my mother to get a job and pay board and was near on a quarter of the money I got . Any how the issue here Thailand. It seems to me the mothers don’t push the there sons to get a job. (Girls seem less lazy and get jobs easy). If I try to intervene I get the silent treatment, some time after lots of mentioning it she takes him to look for a job like big C she then say no jobs. Then nothing happens for months again till I mention it .she not pushing him at all... I think him lazy and just want to play PC games all day now nearly 19? (She still thinks him her little boy. As we all know family comes first and we are at the bottom of the chain. So is it a case of just grin and bear it, and it costing me the food and bills...if nothing happens soon he be 40 before I know it. So what’s the answer?

Has anyone asked WHY..the RTP do nothing to stop road acidents and get a straight answer .... Many cars and bike can't be road legal....so if they got them in off the raids fewer vehicles few accident ... don't that make sense ...but it seems that maybe the problem NO ONE THINKS...... Or no brain from top to bottom... -

Well I say you should be ashamed of your self as not having any legal documents.means you have no insurance .so what happens if you hit a person .. you Probley the sort that does a runner -
Well it's not .... for the Thai any how...if the falang husband Don't want to get one as he maybe lose Money..or he just can't be found . Embassy are not much help to find him.. so round and round in circles .and get no where.the Thai cant say buy a house, with out the falang signing paper's..

does a contract mean anything in thailand, trying to enfore it would be expensive. i now a lot of people had an exstention done . they hold back last payment ... then the builders say cant finish we have no money left to buy matterials .. give them the money to finish then they do a runner and leave a few crappy tools behind .. and from what i have heard you cant just get another builder in to finish without going to poilce first and file papers ,,,

Hello have the rules changed or have they just started to enforce them? When setting up a company there has to be amin of 3 Thai share holders with one having more shares called director But when purchasing property via a company it now seems the land office needs to see bank accounts from all the Thai share holders is this new? (even if all Share holders and director are Thai) This could be a problem as some companies don’t even know who the share holders are? Or is this just another excuse/way to extract tea money

Any tips on buying a used car in Thailand?
yeahbutif replied to jonyboatus's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
You can just as easy duped by a falang seller as a Thai.only diffence is you can ask a farang if car has any problems..but and he can a Will answer with a lie...a Thai won't understand the the question so he can't lie..so all in all same but different. Alsi clocking seems to be a thing here .unless service history with mileage on bills..... most don't.anything replaced in the last 4 years it will go wrong again . battery seems to only last 2 years.. -

Thailand does the math: Two are dying per hour on the Thai roads
yeahbutif replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Think people see a Mask as a thing that will stop them from dieing...but they think a crash helmet is just a law..and the law not inforced.... So why wear one.... it still baffles me how people can be so thick. Riding with out lights at night. Would love to desect a brain to see what's in there..but maybe I be disappointed.ad just saw dust.or an amulet.. -
