Probably all good ideas.. but turn this off that on can be complcated. .just get a one year package unlimited internet and free calls to any network any time.. for around 1600 to 1800 bhat.. then not gor to worry for a whole year.. no top ups. Works for me and in the long run cheaper

Making a will UK or Thailand or Both? Should I make a will in Thailand for my property in Thailand to leave all assets to a Thai Girlfriend? And make another will in the UK to leave all my property and assets to my son But surely one or the wills would over ride the other as it’s a last Testament would it not? As when I was looking at a will template it says the executor must be/or best to be in the country of the will. (hope i can find a young enough one to out last me) If I made a will in the UK could I say I leave all UK assets to my son and all the Thailand assets to my girlfriend? I suppose I would have to name the assets? The problem seems to be the UK template ask who are the beneficiaries and what share you want to leave to each , but this is not what I want to do Thai assets to thai lady and Uk assets to My Son . Any advice please

Maybe not relivent as I live Pattaya. But I been keeping a record for years and seems to always work out £1600 a month have Thai lady and pay her £250 a month.. not go out much car and motobike rent house for £250 amount..life good for me..

Could be a wiring fault to make power trip .. the switch maybe not tripping fast enough so overheating. And the switch getting week. Get electrician to check..

Yes was trying to dot the I.s and cross the T .s.. but why they called it a 90 day report of address and still need a tm30 god knows.as I'm sure if they wanted to find you they used the 90 day reported adrees....but it seems they do so we do...

Same province yes.was told TM 30 was legal requirement... As I had an old one need to have new but could not see why as I had as it had already done everything I needed.. eg renewed my one year extension of retirement.. Pattaya immigration.

Yes this is the problem..I am director this means the other share holders are like sleeping partners .have no say in running the company... I thought it would be easy to just have Joint directors so no director owns a percentage share .two director have the control of it all..one dies one takes over.seems simple... Just have to get the over to the person who sets up the company paperwork..

The point of not having a will is ..to avoid probate.. as this can cost money and problems to the Thai lady.. wills are not as clean cut as you think...

I moved house but dint change my TM 30 address that should stay in passport...but I did tell the immigration my address for my 90 Day report on line and did this no problem., As I thought it was called a 90 day address report... Then I did my 1 year extension with my new new address.no problem.. but then someone Said I need the tm30 in passport with new address..so I went to immigration and got one...

In a 2mil Thai company there has to be min three share holders with a director..the director has the say in the company.. but in the event of the director die ( me) . Is the question I'm trying to find an answer too.. if I die I want to leave or give my company to my Thai lady who is already a share holder...so she has control to sell or continue with the company... I don't want to make a will... Can the company papers be made for me and her to be joint directors and if I die. she then would just be the director.. would she have total control. A bit like owning a house jointly in the uk one dies the serviour gets the house ..

He has been doing 90 report at immigration . with new passport only..but still can't do it on line..keeps saying passport number or tm6 numbers wrong

I Heard of people get a visa extension without going to immigration.and no money in bank.. so why not.

Maybe you could send passport to an agent . And get them to do it all. On line

On another note a friend of mine having trouble with 90 report on line with a new passport. What passport number do you put in if you entered Thailand on the old passport? With the tm6

The other thing when I inquired they asked sq m of property.... Again is does this mean floor area only.. but as we have area outside like a car port outside kitchen ect would this area be say any tile and concrete floor areas or roof areas.. as like most things not clear.

Think you find with out a will.her money gets split to family and you get a cut... Of yours and her assets. Still seems probate has to get involved

Its turns out she could not buy the house because she was still married to a man not seen for many years.so she Said let's put it in her mother's name .. and she can transfer to my girlfriend when she get divorced... I said we have to pay two lots of transfer fee she Said you don't pay when transferring to family... As for you to sign to say not your money.. this was our problem husband had to be there to sign .. to say not his money... .

When it changed with in family I was told no transfer charges. Just admin fee

I just got my lady a UK visa again this year easy ..the first one I did I was going to use an agent.but they said she would not get one and told me not to waste my money.. due to many hiccups...but I thought the visa for 6 months in cheap. So what have I got to lose? So I just logged on appyled and got it .. you do need to be able to show papers for everything you answer a question for. And the Thai paper's need to be certified translations. You can start and stop the application on line so don't need to do it all at once.. I may be able to help you with the a copy of the questions but they do vearie a little..

Can't see how they can put this on to the air ticket is don't apply to thai people... So does it mean we pay at immigration booth at airport port. If so have we got to pay in thai bhat ? Could be a problem.

Great I'm been with them only 2 months They seem okay but was recommended. I thought they were a very new company but it seems odd that if they been going for over 2.5 years they should be more reviews and claims by now.. would be good to hear from people who had made a claim.
