condo company name ..options
yeahbutif replied to Harveyboy's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
If the company is yours And you have the most shares......you can do what you like... I had a company at one time I added my son to take over the company if I died..but was on the details When j took company out..... ask be the person who set up the company .you may find something to was a miss..and you been tricked into buying it in a company name...but the share holders have the power and not you -
I use. Urban VPN .but there is a limit per day.. but works For me to get in places. I Should not be ..but I don't stay in long so .ideal for me

I think moving on in Life .and knowing what to do .would like to buy a house with a trust worthy women. And not being tricked into doing something I don't. And she moves on ...if not get what she wants From you .and take whatever she got from you ..but trying to keep your life in your control is not moving on.i still feel like a tourist..

You could say anything you have to do with out a mask on is risking some one. If with in the one meter rule...but as smoke carries .you could have hit the nail on head. So to speak. I'm all for a ban on it .when trying to eat .. sure I don't want to eat something thats been in some else mouth ....well glad I'm a man. ..lol

The cost is about 30.000 b to set up. And if buy a house with it the house can be sold with the company name .can be useful to sell to Another falang..as it would be a case just changing the main director. Who has 49%. The other 51%is split between two Thai people.as a falang can only hold a 49%share.and has control of the company.as he has the biggest share...the problem can be if the two other people know each other and one sells their shares to the other he or she will own 51% then they have control of your company...they could sell then you are bugged.... Also to Keep with in the law your company has to show its a working company so the person who sets up the company for you Will charge 15.000b every year to do this......if you sell house to a Thai you would have to try sell company name or keep it going with yearly fees.or close company down ..that cost money as well...could be near the same cost to close it as open it ...

Screws found in 2 of my tyres. Should I replace all 4?
yeahbutif replied to davidst01's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
One more point ..did you know there is a manufacturer date on the tyres? The code is two numbers together.the first number is how many weeks. Eg if it was 10 it would be mid march... followed by the year. Eg 14 2014..........now this is important I see some cars still good tread. But over 10 years old... WE all know what Happens to rubber here. -

yeahbutif replied to davidst01's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Well I think BS. As long as the tyres on the same axle are the same size. Eg 245/70/16. The makes of the tyres not important....as for old and new tyre where to put most people put the new ones on the back as They Will last longer best to buy 4 if you can then they can be rotated.... But make sure tracking is done or you could wear out the front ones Very easy..... .
