Did you have to redue you retirement visa from scratch. As 30 months the extention be would have expired am I wrong..

On my return from the UK after 30 months I went to Jomptien where I obtained my new 'retirement' visa with no problems.... If this correct? I take it you had to get a new retirement visa from scratch again? As after 30 months would this be expired?

Slightly different note. But today I went to bank to get letter for immigration I said need book update.. they did all this but the letter said todays date but when they done book update it was a week old . I said if have to be same date surely... He said it was okay I said don't want Hassel at immigration... So he said you have to take some money out to update book to day.. thought he would have said / new that for immigration..so I said take some money out and redue it all .. would the immigration have excepted the letter to the day but bankbook a week old.?

Sounds like a good idea but in practice it may have been different judges. Think the lawyer is the problem but I think we all know lawyer can be just in For easy money.. but in this case took the money and not deliver.... So think he gave up after three attempts.. so need ref to some one who could get it done for a fee.. don't want this to be lke UK goes on to on with a big bill every month..

He. Don't live at the address he was living when married we have sent recorded delivery .and the person at the house was a patient . And he used that address for the passport. Ect. This patient has not seen or heard from him for ten years as well we have a letter from the paitent but this is the only contact we had for him. It seems the judge wants more information but there is not more information we can get hold off.. think it seems it don't what to be found... looking for a pataya Lawer to get a divorce . Thai from Falang I had a lawer who said he could get a divorce for my girlfriend for a set fee . this was ok but he went to cort 3 times and the judge said not enough information. The problem is the falang is German and the lady Thai , they have not seen each other for 10years or more , but she dont know were he live now he could even be in another country Think the lawer we used quoted us for doing a Thai style divorce and not have to get information outside of thailand she has passport numbers on mariage certificate but this does not seem to help . it seems he has to me notified of the Divorce I Thought is you had a passport number people should be able to be found .. how can this be done ?

I been staying at one address done a TM30 for 5 years.... I have moved to my a new house For about 9 months and since then done 3 90 day reports on line with new address..they seem to have excepted this no problems as this does say notification of address forigner is staying.. seems it's the same....as telling them you moved..as all it is to tell them were you be are surly..... Not sure I'm right but my retirement exstention is due soon and have to put new adrees on forms as the old rental contact has expired... Whether there will be a problem not sure...

okay it seems she not telling me the whole story about the 30baht scheme the problem She been having is about 10years ago she was very ill with not being able to poo , the doc said there is something wrong inside and said they would have to cut the bad bit out and join together if she cant poo she thinking money (no have). As you said she interpreted this as if cant poo she would have to have this done, But at her costs... so she been taking Laxatives every day for the last 10 years,, sometime she still can’t poo for 1 week and stomach gets very bloated with air every day, then get pains till she has a poo but then not all come out.. This don’t seem good to me, she said if she went they would just give her more laxatives. The old Doc has problem gone now and would need a scan to even start again, would this be covered, I suppose if the doc ordered a scan that would be okay, But it’s getting past the laxatives hurdle

Thai goverment Heath insurance known as 30bhat scheme. how does it work ? does any body know a link/download in English of the policy documents ? i know this is for thai people mainly . but need information to see whats coverd for thai girlfriend ,from what I hear from her you have to be near dead for them to do and pay for anything , eg if cant poo/pee for weeks that won't do anything see says. but go in very ill and yellow near dead that may be covered.

Thais are great believes of gravity and things stay put... So why secure on a truck .....

So who writes the letter...? me as director? Or would a normal letter with my name and address... eg insurance policy.... on it be proff I have blue book but no name in ..but do have other paperwork..

Is mainly to show where you live .if a rented house I would have the contract...but as house in company name not sure what papers qualifies to show this
