Here's some more information that demonstrates Trump's profound respect for the first amendment:
Donald J. Trump Is A Libel Bully But Also A Libel Loser
Trump and his companies have been involved in a mind-boggling 4,000 lawsuits over the last 30 years and sent countless threatening cease-and-desist letters to journalists and critics.[1]
But the GOP presidential nominee and his companies have never won a single speech-related case filed in a public court.
Essentially what Trump does is file BS cases in the expectation that his superior financial resources will force defendants to surrender.

Like I said, wouldn't know the Constitution if it slapped them in the face.
That's why the Trump campaign has repeatedly sued the media for news unfavorable to Trump. They actually sued CNN for its poll showing unfavorable results for Trump. Results that were similar to those that came from Fox News. Because they believe in the First Amendment?

And yet you claim that it's congress that runs things. That Trump is no more than a figurehead like the Queen of England. It is to laugh.

That link only says they are supporting others which do active research, but not that they do it themselves.
Then it goes on to explain what these PRCs are doing. Nothing about active scientific research by CDC scientists themselves. Which is no surprise, the job of the CDC is not to duplicate the universities, but more administrative.
How's this then?
How CDC Laboratories Protect Americans
CDC laboratory scientists work 24/7 in more than 200 cutting-edge laboratories across the U.S. as a key line of defense against emerging health threats. Scientists work on a range of critical work, including research, surveillance, and reference diagnostic testing that protect the American public. CDC scientists and other staff use the latest technology to:
- Detect infectious organisms, food-borne outbreaks, and biosecurity threats
- Protect America’s blood supply
- Screen genetic and other health risk factors
- Identify environmental and workplace hazards
- Monitor the health of communities

and what "significant improvements in care and treatment" would that be? Far as I know they still haven't decided if mechanical respirators are a good idea or not, there is no drug to cure a virus and a vaccine is only a hope.
remdesivir, steroids, less use of mechanical ventilators instead using CPAP machines and bilevel positive airway pressure devices, having patients lie face down...

I'm guessing that you and the people who approved of your answer don't quite understand what it means to be the head of the executive branch of the government.

Trump got TWO conservative judges into SCOTUS. Pretty good going in one term. probably another next term.
If he hadn't done anything else ( like reducing the unemployment rate ) that'd be a good result.
Yes he got into office 2 right wing pro-corporate, anti-worker justices. Just the kind of justices that would be nominated by any right wing President. Or is it that you imagine that Trump should get some kind of credit for there being vacancies in the first place?

For the 1st 2 years of his presidency, Trump had a Republican House and Senate.
So was it that Congressed who forced him to ease regulations on the banks and hedge funds?
Was it that Congress who forced him to sign tax reduction bills that especially favored the real estate industry and pass through partnerships? Which is exactly the kind of businesses he mostly has.
Was it that Congress who forced him to retreat on his pledge to crack down on Big Pharma?
Was it that Congress who compelled him to hire oil, gas, and coal lobbyists to oversee environmental regulations?
Was it that Congress who turned the Consumer Protection Bureau to a pro big business agency?
Was it that Congress that forced him to hire an Education Secretary who has protected corrupt online educational institutes who cheated students out of billions?

I think you nailed it! Give the animals a inch and they'll take miles upon miles! In the beginning it started as a peaceful protest ,to riots to anarchy and mob rule politics. By keeping the focus on the destructive force of the mob, combined with the dems contributing to it ,through their silence,it will <deleted> off that swing state voter, who still wants a safe secure environment ,that these far left wing radicals want to take away, by dismantling law and order!
He's gonna paint biden, dems, the far left and the activist pretending to be journalist, as supporters, of the party that's attacking the foundation of America
Going to? He's been trying that on for months now. How's it going?

George H.W. Bush won in 1988? Why would anyone think 1992 would be different? Jimmy Carter won in 1976. Why would anyone think 1980 would be any different? You know the expression "what a difference a year makes"? Multiply that by 4.

Some are, most aren't. When they count the money most seem to have no problems.
At least you're not arguing they were forced by circumstances to take drugs and drink. Oh wait, you are.
No. They do it because they want to.
Hard to believe for the morality apostles, I know. But some men and women like to drink and do drugs.
Amazing, isn't it?
And so do some underage teens. That doesn't mean you should be giving them drugs and alcohol.

Ah, only a "crazy right winger" would object to lockdowns????
Anyone, right or left, could quite reasonably object to the deprivation of freedom involved in lock-downs, especially since they tend not to be "approved" by votes of provincial legislatures or the House of Commons. (Commons??? I've heard the word....)
See how easy it is to have your head fked about by Pravda (aka, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation).
Only a crazy right winger would be linking to conspiracy theories about the genesis of Covid-19
