  1. Hi does anyone know where I can get the X96 mini boxes uploaded/ updated preferably in issaan or huahin, I know tukcom pattaya do it but not planning on being there for a while.I heard someone in buriram was OK.
  2. Hello I currently hold a non O single entry retirement visa with prior in country extensions . I would like to do some travelling outside thailand and wondering if I can change to a multy entry at my next extension but retain my access to do my 90 day reporting internally or do I have to leave the country every 90 days if I change?
  3. 2 different answers to this question , Which one is correct ? If anyone has conclusive evidence within the UK . GOV website please provide a link as am sure of the DWP interpretation. I think the proof is in the detail. Liverpool Lou s interpretation is " The payment remains the same at the amount paid before leaving the UK* I sincerely hope this correct as I will temporarily relocate to the UK or the Philippines every 4 or 5 years for the pension update and would suggest every expat does the same if financially viable. However This can be interpreted in 2 ways the first time you left the UK and your pension was frozen , or the date you left the UK after returning to reclaim your uprated amount , 2 different interpretations 2 completely outcomes The simple answer to that is NO. If the DWP know you have left the country after a pension upgrade, they will reduce it to the previous payment. No, they do not reduce state pensions, the payment remains at the amount paid before leaving the UK.
  4. would like to come in on this about myself if that is okay? I live in Surin on a OA Retirement Visa Can I make a land border crossing at Chong Chom into Cambodia without a re entry permit? Then come back into Thailand and to the local Thai immigration Office to apply for a Non O Retirement visa? And use a letter of income from my embassy ( NZ ) 18 months ago I followed that exact route to change from OA visa to O using chong chom border run but I was denied the initial 90 day at roiet immigration and advised to go to savannakhet which I did without any problems ,roiet then gave me the 12 months extension again no problems so the moral is ask your local IO if they will oblige before you go and save yourself money and anxiety, hope it works out for you.
  5. use kasikorn bank in roi et and they do the 3 months statement and bank letter and book update on the day I visit the IO.
