Spot on a surely spot on for the points tally. The master strikes again. Coupled with the ability to pick probability versus superior football knowledge = Me.

I'm guessing this is a discussion for women's scotland football team. Let's hope they are not as much of an embarrassment than the team that operates in the men's league.

What nonsense, already booked up for a nice 10 day break down in Phuket in a cracking villa at a great price.
Me and the wife didn't give crime rates a thought, really looking forward to it.
You must be a bit of a shallow thinker then because it's all over the place, reports of increases in crime in resort areas. Who do you think is their number 1 target. Good luck sunny but that cracking deal may turn into more than you bargained for, Phuket too, what a bargain eh. Absolute mark is what you are sunny. (X)

Yep seen a small increase in crime where we are and we do not live in a touristic dependent area. Not concerned about theft from our home as we live in an extremely well connected community with plenty of lawmen and army guys who cherish where we live and look after each other.
One does well to stay connected to all the groups associated with islands and parts of the south and it has been noted the discussions revolving round an increase in local petty crime has increased.
So, one must be vigilant a little more this Christmas.

Real concerned about the Christmas holiday this year. We live here but we need some time by a beach but me and the Mrs are concerned what it will be like at all the tourist reliant destinations when there will be virtually no tourists.
Went away in June and saw a lot of devastation but 6 months of this <deleted>flu is gonna be a lot of desperation.

Gotta let em drill from the get go. Least one anyway and knee padding is essential too. You pay. No issues whatsoever. If he bro he his mates pay for them too.

Billions season 5 weekly episode on Nflix.
Awful, way too much of the same. The main characters are very boring now. Wendy rhodes is awful.
That thing is still in it too. They really must be stuck for ideas.

See this is another example of my term pussified. Where is the guts and glory football fans. These cautionary wise words are not befitting of a football forum. You support your team you back them, you defend your thread you do whatever you can to ensure a positive voice is resonating about your team or you just be really honest of you don't back them but sitting on the fence with wise words is like half a fan.
Great manager, lads look buzzing, decent transfer activity new stadium it's upwards again For Spurs they will be there, I've seen enough. Back your team's do not be pussified like that man city thread.

Cannot disagree. Spurs are in contention for a 2nd place finish this season and I'm backing them to lift europa cup.

8 days is standard transit for untracked mail uk to KK and it never fails. Address to a Thai person reduces any delays. That's based on anything upto 2g and with certain dims.
50 shipments and counting and zero failure rate. Had a couple of delays here and there but overall it's 8 days.

Absolutely true. You could not make this stuff up. But, I agree with you about not being a doer, when it came to these moves. This kind of thing requires courage, vision, and fortitude. I was lacking in those areas at that time. I had good friends, willing to hold my hand, and show me the way. I was too focused on today, and not tomorrow. That one friends in particular is now a retired multi millionaire. Oh well.
My dear boy what do you take us for you think we are some kind of tnuc? Is that right, you say? You had the chance to double down even a measly $200 on BC and you had trusted friends encouraging you and you bottled it?
You were too focussed on today? 8 years ago you were focussed on a day in the future. That's your excuse?
That's a 360k loss based on measly $200. I actually lost about the same once but I gained a freedom I never had before and that was worth every penny.

A very rich topic indeed. Mine are mostly financial. I was going to invest in bitcoin, when they were way, way under $1 each. The tech side of things back then seemed too daunting. Decided no.
A friend of mine started buying condos in Vancouver around 20 years ago when a high floor unit in Yaletown was selling for 200,000 Canadian. The US dollar was at $1.56 at the time so do the math. 10% down, 10% halfway through construction, 10% upon completion and easy to qualify for a bank loan for the balance. They went up to over $1,000,000 within 10 years and are now renting out for well over $3,000 a month. A major mistake, he bought three units, needless to say he has done quite well.
I also had an opportunity to buy a townhouse in Prague in 2000, prior to the Czech Republic becoming part of the EU. They were $45,000 for a large 5 story townhouse. Granted they needed some work but my Czech friend assured me that it was a major bargain and that the appreciation was a sure bet. Within 10 years after the Czech Republic was in the EU they were worth 3 million euros, and today they're worth 20 million euros, due to Russian oligarchs all deciding they needed one! That's a pretty good return on the money even if I had split it with her half and half. 10 million euros is a pretty decent bit of padding for retirement. I could literally go on and on and on but I'll stop there.
Otherwise, I am very content with my life.
Total tosh pal. Absurd pack of lies, dreamer. Fantasist. Talker not a doer. Suspicious.

Up to you I guess, but I'd hardly call shows like Better Call Saul, The Bureau and Gomorrah mediocre.
Justified was really good.
Give that a crack if you haven't seen it.
In the grand scheme all those shows are bottom of the quality pile IMO. Gomorrah was good but went wayward and used too much of the same music.
BCS - way too slow.
Ozark was better but that even went a bit wayward.
True detective S1 was up there next to wire and sopranos but they could not get close with the last 2.
Mind hunter could have been good but way too much time in between and S2 was rushed and did not have enough going on IMO.
Lot of mediocre content around.

Buyers Market?
in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Posted
Does intrigue me when they put emergency sell and they are asking for 300k less on a 4mb property.
Guy mentioned a fire sale prompted him to buy a condo unit for 1.5 but the condo is 9 years old and was purchased for 2m brand new.
To me if you are looking for an emergency sale it's 40% off minimum.
After all it is their emergency not yours.
