You could use a post box service not a po box. You can have an actual address and use it to open bank accounts etc. Mail forwarding, registered business address. Not so easy to just open without a uk address though. Bill with your name on it. Starts at about 12gbp and goes up.

There are special GPS tracker detectors that can confirm if one is present. There GPS that fit and power through OBD connector too.

The sim based trackers normally just report locations through an online cpanel. Audio and video would take a lot of space up. I have never seen a panel offering that for GPS but I'm sure it's out there.

I think it's already a good deal tbh and the owners own our whole moo bahn so I'm not expecting it to go down further and the modifications I need tells me I need their full support. I am just waiting for an in with these people to get the ball rolling or for them to have no tenant and readvertise.  

I used to look at this market a fair bit but I too was a bit shocked at the asking prices and did not see the value.

Had our eye on a shophouse for about 8 months in a very suitable location for us but not very appealing to any shop that requires foot traffic. 

Currently rented and it's too close to home to make an official enquiry without tongues wagging. Got a good feeling about it though so hiding our time but much more details to be satisfied first.
