I don't care to do it, but it is a silly thing. In no other country you will find this and it is of no use.. Only when you change your address you have to notify. But Ok In Thailand you get used to silly things

So it is clear.. Phuket doesn't want foreigners... if they pay they are welcome, but the same rules for Thais.. than we delete the Rapid test. Afraid that the Thais will stay away, but foreigners can and have to pay.. no exceptions

At this moment when Thailand almost begs for tourists to come .. after getting a insurance, visa, unfriendly immigration, double pricing, now they have invented an entrance fee of 300 THB.. How on earth can you think so stupid. Not for the 300 THB, but just the idea of paying to visit a country where in the whole world can you find that???? And if you go to Phuket a mandatory Covid test of 500 THB ... yea sure tourists will stand in line

Moderna vaccin 2 jabs for 3000 THB.. but we don't let it come to Thailand.. there is much <deleted> news about vaccines. The Thai Government tells a lot to keep the people calm and promise nothing but hot air. Pfizer, Moderna and Sputnik they all can deliver, but Thailand is still negotiating.... need approval of the FDA, commitees has to look for it. and so on and in the meantime cases rises, and thena Mr Prayuth tells that at the end of the year 70% of the people will be vaccinated... Fairy tales and fairy tales.. If he really want that let all possible vaccines come in. Private hospitals, are willing to help, but the Government only want their pocketfilling Sinovac and home made asta zenica

Although his behaviour is bad, there is some understanding. If Thailand treats the foreigners as unwanted, why should the foreigner than follow the rules... I believe some people think like that, but they don't understand that these exceptions gives a bad name to ALL foreigners

Control, control, everything must be controlled in the land of freedom as they say. No government is afraid that a lot of people will do the travel and that cost the officials money. No spending in Thailand and no selling of jabs. Ban this tours is their advice. for the greed

I don't have a problem with the Thai people and Thai lifestyle in my area. But I know and see and have bad experiences too. Tourism is dead and maybe will never bloom again as before. Thailand should welcome everybody for work and retirement, but the immigration is out of date with changing rules and paperworks, the unfriendly attitude can be annoying. Besides that there are ancient laws that a foreigner is not allowed to do anything. Darting or playing bridge or other games are seen as gambling, in fact working in your garden or be a volunteer or simple things as teaching linedance needs paperwork, change of visa. They forget that retired people have children and grandchildren and that they will come to Thailand to visit their parents. and so we can make the list longer and longer.
Thailand is promoting to be the first Asian country for same sex marriage , but after 5 years there is still no decision made. They are missing a group of people who surely want to marry here on the beautiful islands and hotels.
No instead the Government is always talking bad of the foreigner with Anutin telling that the foreigners are to blame for the Covd, They will get no jabs, and more stupid things. There is a lot of work to do, because people who live here tell the family and friends in heir home country about what is happening here and there they will tell to their friends and so on.. and Thailand is the big loser, but they don't see it. It is a pity for the good people here

What ever.. I will take the Moderna vaccine as soon as it is available.. Thai Government is totally unreliable. yes, no, yes, next no and than yes again, and you will never know what they will give you.
I trust myself and pay for something good and working..

Thai airways its owner is the head of state in Thailand and so it can't go bankrupted.. But it is a waste of money, it would be better used to resolve the poverty in Thailand instead of keeping on the multi rich here

Foreigners pay fines , Thais do sit ups, or push downs.... and a lot of Thai this morning on the news applying for a loan on the bank were not wearing a mask even the staff of bank no mask and no social distancing too.. But the falangs are bad ones and are treated improperly by everyone in this country so why should they follow the rules than?

Sheer dumb to think the Embassy would burn their vingers on this!
They are not a medical institution and have no medics OR nurses, the only thing is that they can speak out to the Government. But that is all, don't put IT in their hands as they can't apply!
Have a good Day.
So IF there would be possibility that you can vaccinated in your Embassy than you will say no?? Because there are a lot bears on the road but instead of seeing al kinds of hurdles , there are more solutions.

if all these people would join the university students in their protest, and even more come on the streets and demand the government to leave despite the RTP with their teargas .. Than everybody could be proud on their country.. But now a bunch of old incompetent men are holding the people almost like in prison with lies, pocket money , no solutions for the Covid vaccines, and selfenrichment.. It is a shame ..

Phuket Ready for Foreign Tourism in July Despite Thai Covid Wave
in Phuket News

Yes Phuket can open for tourists.. today already in the news that the new cases have dropped to only 5. But the question is will there be tourists willing to come already?? Some countries discourage travel and other maybe have a mandatory quarantine if they come back and besides that mostly a holiday to a far destination needs some preparation and because it is still not sure if Phuket will be open I am wondering if the tourist take the risk of booking a trip that will be cancelled. Everything in THailand is not sure .. and it can change day by day or even hour by hour
