The last time we did that it was a payment to my wife where the record was important. I think it took 6 weeks to get the money. Thai banks can do it but it is weird. There are no personal checking accounts here.

Nothing, they are probably reviewing all of the laws following the marriage act and fixing some inconsistencies. This is just medical care.
