    As it should be. I have no tolerance for Sharia or Cannon law. The lack of equal justice should absolutely disqualify them. How prevalent is it in reality though? I can see vigilantly enforcement but there can't be any actual legal authority there.

    How do Sharia courts exist? They cannot be valid criminal judicial courts. Possibly civil arbitration forums? Regardless, any arbitration needs to be carried out within the confines of UK Statute Law. I certainly would not honor the findings of a Sharia court, anymore than I would honor a Panchayat ruling. They have no standing.

    I used to fly from Chennai to DMK almost monthly. They would regularly start passing around the duty free as soon as the doors closed. Why not? Large groups of workers headed to Pattaya for a few days. They were mostly OK, but standing in line at immigration drunk at 4am must have sucked.
