    November 26 is the sentencing date. For one of the "own research" crowd, you are not very effective at it. Don't they have Google in Russia?

    He has 34 convictions for felony fraud and election interference. That will be enough to put him in prison while defending the many other felony counts.

    Just indicted so far. The experts are saying he is toast though, particularly with a DC jury. The espionage case also has him red-handed. Haven't heard from Georgia yet, or Arizona or Michigan. Regardless, he will be spending the next few years in court and/or in prison.

    Because he has not been sentenced yet. You do not know much about how the legal system works do you? He could be jailed on bond violations at any moment.

    In Tanya Chutkan's courtroom, Q2 2025. He will already be sentenced in New York by then and the Florida trial will be back on track with a real judge.

    Yes. If you did not stay in any one country for more than 6 months, you could do it, as long as you can get visas. That is a real nomad.

    The biggest issue is the people that claim Thai tax residency at home and home residency in Thailand and don't pay taxes to anyone. I can't do that but plenty of people do it. It could get expensive if you are a tax cheat. All of this tax stuff is off topic though. The DTV needs rethinking so it is not competing with the O visa or the Elite. It will also be used as an excuse for working without a B and work permit.

    The biggest issue is that it undermines other visas. They really need to rationalize the entire program.
