Just renewed this morning and got the 5 years for cars and bikes. They were fine with the Elite visa and the Yellow book for my residence. They added my ID card for their data. I have to go to the main office in Chiang Rai for an IDP. I will also get a 5 year IDP independently. About 800 baht all in including multiple copies of my documents. So ~400 baht for a single license.
