I am accustomed to better service from the likes of Amazon and eBay. That is why I am unhappy with Shopee's hands-off response. I'm not allergic to police stations. Your "cute" comment explains a lot about you.

Customer Friendly 1. Get your evidence 2. Get in a car, taxi, etc and go to a police station 3. File a report 4. Get a document from the police that they will investigate 5. Get in a car, taxi, etc and return home 6. Give that information to Shopee and the Shipper 7. Wait for police verification................. 8. Wait for the Friendly Service

The point is that it shouldn't be so unfriendly to deal with a problem that they know exists.

In a perfect world...

Shopee has an exploited hole in the process and won't address it. The Seller is still active with the same product. Tough luck Buyer. Go to the Cops.

Amazon would cut off the Seller without a blink of the eye...

Kerry will not refund unless I go to the police and have a warrant issued, after which they will wait for the police to further investigate for Shopee, before taking other action. DEADEND

Assumed the same. Seems like a Better Business Bureau would come in handy right now.

Unlike J&T, my "wrong" order wad delivered by Kerry, who told me to go to the police to have a warrant issues. Once issued, they would get involved.

Another update. The Seller/Scammer continues to send me incomplete messages. "Shipped." "No pay." "I ask." But, no tracking number, nor detailed information. The actual order itself, does not show anything ever shipped on Shopee's website. The 3 Day Late policy will automatically cancel it today, leaving another void. QUESTION - why do they keep in touch with me if they are Scammers?

Latest update. The Seller/Scammer contacted me and said they are shipping the correct product. But no details. I asked date, Tracking, No COD. No response, yet. Watch a box come COD again! If they are a scammer, if would be unlikely to get any complaint response unless they think I'm a total idiot.

In general, The Customer is Always Right attitude or Customer is King does not exist at Shopee.

I am trying to contact the Seller, but if no response, it's a scam, and Shopee is hanging me out to dry. Shopee would not refund me. "Contact the Seller." "We may have to ban them."
