The hotel reports your 5th day as a NO-SHOW for the testing to the DDC. Then it will be up to the DDC to follow up on the situation with the provinces local authorities. Something like this did happen a while back, and it did make national news: https://thethaiger.com/coronavirus/escaped-israeli-officially-cleared-of-covid-19-now-faces-prosecution

Earlier today I rose this issue directly with AXA, as the TQM/TP was promoting the insurance under false terms (both policies did not cover that). This caused a lot of confusion, and we were getting MANY messages asking us about this. It just shows that they don't even know the ever-changing rules ????. I expect something may be announced very soon.

Warning. Covid19 Thai Insurance.
ThaiVisaCentre replied to Rufo's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
???? No policy covers this anymore : UNLESS it's NOT asymptomatic, or a doctor forces the isolation. Also note that is not AXA, it is https://www.tqm.co.th/ attempting to resell the insurance. It is possible they had this posted before the recent changes by the OIC. -

Close contact coverage is not an actual requirement to enter Thailand. So yes, AXA still fully fulfills the Thailand Pass requirements. -

This is not 100% true. They will cover on all policies purchased before Feb 15th ???? -
Interesting because the issue I was mentioning is not only related to Kbank, it is for almost every bank here requires OTP (or for your bank to allow the 3DS request). This is why they do not ask for billing formation. While this system works great in Thailand, it has made things extremely hard for almost all foreigners inside & outside of Thailand attempting to make payments to Thai companies. Another massive hurdle travelers have been running into is making payments through 2C2P which is what https://www.thailandpsas.com uses (also a 3DS issue). Payments to this system are required for all Phuket/Samui travelers wishing to do the entry program, as they need to buy their RT-PCR tests there.

What I was saying is that travelers may also apply for a visa if they are entering under Test & Go. The issue regarding credit cards is because Thailand merchants are only allowed to process cards through 3D Secure. The US is late in adopting the idea of OTP based cards unlike the US, and ASIA. You may call your card issuer, and ask if you can enable 3D Secure on your card, some do support it upon request.

Test & Go (2x RT-PCR)
ThaiVisaCentre replied to ThaiVisaCentre's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
5th day stay is only 1 day of stay + RT-PCR. So you arrive that day, and must stay until the result comes back, and then you can go. -
Our standard rate is 3,000 THB if 7+ days before arrival (approval guaranteed). Better to hire us 7+ days before arrival or our fees get very expensive due to the process involved, and the fact that with sooner arrivals you jump your whole queue. 480+ Facebook Reviews for this service HERE 75+ Google Reviews for this service HERE Our average rating is 5.0 ????

Test & Go (2x RT-PCR)

Please note that even-though a hotel may be SHA++ approved some may not actually be offering these packages yet. So we advise contacting multiple to save time. -
Test & Go (2x RT-PCR)
ThaiVisaCentre replied to ThaiVisaCentre's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It will take some time as the Thailand pass does not yet support all provinces either. Currently the follow provinces are supported: You can find the hotels which may offer these packages here (if we do not yet support it on AQ.in.th): https://web.thailandsha.com/shaextraplus?keyword=&province= We are trying our best to support as many provinces but it is very difficult to onboard the hotels in these new provinces as they have very little experience with new requirements. So for now you may have to manually reach out to them one-by-one until we start to add support. You may also check Agoda as it does have a few of these properties in some of the provinces which we do not yet support. -
Test & Go (2x RT-PCR)
ThaiVisaCentre replied to ThaiVisaCentre's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
For Test & Go it will vary. On the 1st Day, and the 5th Day you cannot leave the room until the test results arrive. Many hotels offer included meals because of this, but it is currently not required. Just make sure to confirm with the hotel if the meals are included. -

Test & Go (2x RT-PCR)
ThaiVisaCentre replied to ThaiVisaCentre's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Most hotels pay at least 2,000 THB for the RT-PCR tests (some have to pay even higher due to the hospital partner arrangements). Transport is included, and some hotels even include breakfast for all days, and 3 meals on the test days (confirm with the hotel). There are a lot of expenses before the actual room cost, and this is why the rates look high, you're not booking a simple room night. -
Test & Go (2x RT-PCR)
ThaiVisaCentre replied to ThaiVisaCentre's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Today we launched the Samui Test & Go packages: https://asq.in.th/samui-test-and-go-hotels We will start to be expanding to all provinces which have SHA++ hotels to make it easier when trying to book your cross-province Test & Go stay. Please bear with us while we establish the required relationships to make this expansion happen. -

If you did not run the file you should be fine. If you did... We are not really sure what it is exactly, but we suspect it to be a trojan, or Ransomware.
