A survey of 17,000 people conducted through the TAT’s 29 branches worldwide.
If they are in your branches then they probably love Thailand anyway. It's like going into KFC and asking people if they like chicken ????

HUH: there's less than 17 million Khmers, ( ur thinking Thailand's 68 million)
still 1 mil/month will take 34 months ????
But 70% will be a good reach ........2 years...Oooops. My apologies I thought this was about Thailand not Cambodia ????

1 million per month in a population of 70 million.
Needing 2 jabs = almost 12 years to inoculate the country. And this is his hope? Probably won't reach these dizzy heights. UK inoculating over 800,000 a day, over 4 times that in USA

Download the Dtac app.
It has a few deals etc and you can keep your SIM topped up by 20 baht to extend its validity by a month up to a maximum of 12 months.

Not for the people that use £50 notes in general...... ????
How long will it be before the currency exchanges in Thailand refuse the old £50 note?

Brown steak sauce......
Plenty of alternatives on the shelves, but anywhere doing 'Full English" is by a law created by Henry VIII in 1544 required to serve HP.....(Houses of Parliament).
I hope you are being sarcastic or funny because HP sauce was invented in 1899

I wonder what the ‘crash rating’ will be like on these cars...
Will they crush like a tin can or be made with safety standards we expect from manufacturers who meet stringent NCAP requirements?
competition is great, I hope that comes with minimum safety standards but fear those standards may fall short.
The MG ZS EV has a five-star NCAP rating.

They seem to go like stink too, I was behind a nice looking light blue one recently. Impressive acceleration away from traffic lights.
The dealership network appears to be improving, one 42 kms and one 100 kms away.
Phetchabun/Lop Buri border.
That sounds perfect as wifey is from Phetchabun.....all I have to do now is try and get her to return to Thailand because she wants to stay in the UK ????
EV's give all of their power all of the time

Can you imagine spending 15 nights at that hotel. I can't think of anything worse, being imprisoned like that.

Maybe cheaper to install software and gift him an unwanted new phone with tracking , recording etc. Also you would see his actual activities on phone.
Hey this isn't Jack as in meet the fockers CIA agent is it?

I've been looking at the MG ZS EV.
1.19 million baht and a decent 260km range.
They were all too expensive before but now they're becoming more affordable.

I used to use a company called C-track on my fleet of cars in UK. They had systems they had to fit and cut into the wiring loom and they would fit the unit covertly. They also had a small box the size of a matchbox that you could plug into the OBD slot.
The units use a data SIM inside to transmit the GPS details to a server which you can access.
A quick Google came up with this for an OBD GPS tracker.

However one aspect that keeps cropping up in my mind is ease of stay here.
Looking way into the future what options are open to foreigners who can't make it to the immigration office to renew their visa due to inability to walk/alzheimers or some other medical condition.
I'd love to hear your views as a worse case scenario would be to be deported back to my home country not knowing anyone in a frail condition or not having all my faculties.
Thank you
I feel a lot safer in Thailand than the Philippines.
The good thing about the Philippines is the UK has a reciprocating agreement with regard to pensions, so your pension increases as it would in the United Kingdom. If you retire to Thailand it is frozen the day you leave.

Up to you as we say, as in Rome if you buy here you get what the buy and sell market is here.
If you want try getting your car over to Thailand it may well cost triple never mind double and also there is good chance of you not getting it out of customs and not being able to send it back US.
That all depends if the customs officer valuing the car fancies a Porsche to drive around in..... Then the value is inflated so you leave the car.

Maybe she does not want to divorce as that could be loss of face.
You are not selfish and you should kick her out and tell her to stay away. The kids will survive. It is probably better to have a clean break. If their mother keeps coming back into their life and then going away and leaving them it will hurt more.
Best of luck to you.

Would you consider the Philippines

People are lovely.
Food is sh*"e.
UK has a reciprocating agreement with regard to pensions.
I do not feel safe in the Philippines.
Most things are cheaper in the Philippines.
The girls are on average fatter than Thai girls.
Most Filipinos speak some English.
The poverty is heartbreaking, especially child poverty.
