When you closed it did you pay her any compensation?
No. She stole money from the guesthouse so that is a contributing reason for closing it.

Of course probably some fine print in some Thai law, that "possesion is 9 tenths of ownershp", you "abandoned the bike, she by default was the new owner, etc. Doubt it, but hard to fight. She might even claim that you said she could keep the bike. Tough to fight. Get a copy of the papers she now claims to have and how she "changed" ownership, show payment reciept, transfer, your signature, etc. she would lose but it will be a struggle for you
Some of the things she said in messenger make sense now. She was baiting me to say I don't want the bike anymore....Thankfully I did not bite.
I have many text messages condemning her fate which I can show the police if I ever get back to LOS

Back in March 2020 I realised SARS-CoV-2 was going to last a while and I walked away from my guesthouse in Sth. Pattaya.
I allowed the manager to use my Honda Click for the last 18 months.
Last week, she told me it had been stolen and to send 2,500 baht to recover it from Bangkok.
I smelt a rat and told her I would recover it.....(my wife's brother lives in BKK)
She then says she owns the bike and will take it! She says she has changed the paperwork.
How do I report this as a theft? I am stuck in UK. I still have the green book (ownership book)
Is the Tourist Police an option?
Only helpful comments please

Hmmm....
Perspectives and opinions will vary, of course.
Wondering of their thespian skills would've suffered if they weren't down-in-the gutter drunkards? Guess we'll never know.
Not just my opinion.......
Laurence Olivier........10 Nominations and 1 win
Peter O'Toole..............8 Nominations, No wins....CRIMINAL!
Richard Burton.....7 Nominations...alas no wins
Richard Harris.......2 Nominations

Drunkard Anglo types.
This is what they are truly famed for.
Rather inaccurate. They were excellent actors in their own right.

You forgot Ollie Reed.
All of this – and the exploits of Oliver Reed, the only non- Celt among the four – is revealed in a new book called Hellraisers: The Life and Inebriated Times of Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole, Richard Harris and Oliver Reed.
Oliver Reed was a hellraiser for sure. Are you aware he chose to be buried in county cork Ireland?

Should that read Thai company or foreign name?
I bought my condo in a foreign name. It is more expensive but I feel it will be easier to sell

They are totally delusional. Their ego is getting the way of everything. Does he have the smallest penis in Thailand and he's trying to overcompensate?
Anything for a photo opportunity

Just pay Kerry or the Post Office to ship a box of stuff to your home.
Or wear a coat with big pockets full of the heavy items when you board the plane.
Or wear all your clothes, take them off after you board.
If you do the third option please do not take off all your clothes on board as you may not reach your destination ????

Thai nationals do not have to have a covid 19 test results unless entering one of the sandboxes
Does that mean Joe, I could be on a flight to Thailand, and 399 foreigners have had a PCR test and 1 Thai has not and could be an asymptomatic carrier?
Is it possible they could be on the same flight as me going to a sandbox and they are not?
When we land in the sandbox and find out they were infected we all get put in an ASQ at our expense?

I doubt your printer can detect counterfeit ink and it's more likely to detect a counterfeit cartridge. My HP scanners and printers are like this.
Try sticking any old ink in there and see if it comes back as counterfeit ????

In settings you can adjust your font size on your mobile phone. A lot of times if you've increased the font size to, for example read text messages easier, it will affect other websites.

Time as run out I think on them, only place I know is, after banks in UK stopped changing them, that they had to be sent to BoE in London.
The old £20 and £50 notes are still legal tender in the UK until the 30th of September 2022.

The last conversation I had with her was she was going back to Udon Thani so I am guessing the bike is sold or she will take it to Udon. If only ridden in the back of beyond I doubt it will get taxed................therefore never show up as stolen.
